“Now hold it right there!” suddenly, everyone’s eyes landed the youngest wife Photon had taken. Aun at that moment had stood up and was trembling and her fists were tightly clenched. As she kept her head down, her sister pondered if Aun’s jealousy was finally shining through for the best. Maybe she wanted to be the one to have the first wedding night with her new husband. Alas however, that was just wishful thinking. When Aun looked up, she did the one thing she did best; whine, “I have had ENOUGH OF THIS!”
“Does she ever stop being annoying?” Keyne thought to herself, her right eye twitching as she scowled at the pink haired girl. Keyne didn’t want anything keeping her and Photon out of bed, least of all the most annoying little brat she had ever met. Her husband meanwhile just blinked at her, and his silence allowed Aun to go right up and grab him by the scruff of his shirt. She then pointed right at her forehead and said, “PHOTON, GET THIS STUPID THING OFF OF ME! If you want to mess around with these two, then keep me out of it! The joke’s over, now get this thing off me, NOW!!!” Both Keyne and Princess Lashara gasped upon hearing all of that, the shock keeping the former firmly in her spot, and the latter was nearly floored as she tried to interject, “Ms. Aun, please, you can’t possibly mean that.”
“Why the hell not?! I never asked for ANY of this!!” once again, Aun’s words made the princess gasp sharply. She herself had been able to decipher Aun’s true feelings after only knowing the girl for a short time. She had even shown Aun just how untrue she was being to herself by not admitting how she really felt about Photon. And yet, even after all of that, after everything they had all been through, to witness her still being so stubborn, it was so…so…
“Aun, shut up.” Suddenly, the princess’ sadness and Aun’s anger vanished, as they heard her speak. Everyone looked her way, which Aun quickly came to regret, as the glare in her Sister’s eyes landed right on her. Her grip on Photon’s shirt vanished as a chill ran down her spine. It had been years since she had witnessed her sister’s ire, and this time especially, Aun had definitely earned it, “I cannot believe I am really hearing this. Honestly, Aun, how can you be so unbelievably stubborn?” Sister then lumbered her way over, which REALLY got Aun shaking. She tried to ask her what she was talking about, but once again, big sis wasn’t having any of it, “Don’t give me that! You are being unbelievably rude and stupid and there is no excuse for any of it. You’ve been given what you’ve wanted all along and yet you still refuse to budge. Do you want Photon to hate you?” Even if he hadn’t fully thought it through when he gave everyone his ‘crest’, Sister could of course see what Princess Lashara saw. Aun clearly wanted to be with Photon, and if she had complained about the polygamy, well that would have been one thing, but this was inexcusable in Sister’s eyes. No matter how much stupidity comes from being a kid, she would not tolerate Aun’s behavior any longer, and asked her stubborn baby sister one more question, “Do you want Photon to hate you?”
“Of course not!” Even after she said that, Aun was still steaming made. She then took a few steps away from everyone, and crossed her arms over her chest with a huff, “I just don’t want to be that idiot’s wife.” No matter how adamant she was in her decision, everyone except Photon was now giving her the stink eye. Photon himself just looked very down at what his friend had just said, and even he said her name, she didn’t respond. As Photon lowered his head, his other wives went over to comfort him, although Keyne’s gaze soon went back to Aun. All she wanted to do at that moment was pound that little brat into the ground. Even if she didn’t want Aun around, she would take that over the girl’s treatment of Photon’s feelings any day. However, Sister beat Keyne to the punch. Soon Aun found a very wide shadow fall onto her, and two pudgy hands gripped her arms. The young girl yelped in shock as her feet left the ground.
“Uhhhh…aheheh, hey sis.” Aun nervously laughed. Soon though, the anger in her sister’s eyes gave way to a happier look. However, it was then that Aun got to see her sister lick her lips. Her devious gaze sent a whole new set of chills through her, as Aun had no idea what was about to happen, only that she wanted no part in it. It was then that Sister decided to clue her in, “Aun, do you know the real reason why I asked Photon to protect you all these years? It’s not just because you are my baby sister. You see, I didn’t get this fat just from eating regular food…”
