They find a potion and scroll!

Chifusa went through the belongings of Momoha in hopes of finding a way to heal her grave wound. She then comes across a potion and scroll. She opens the scroll and reads it. She is shocked at what she finds!
"This is really possible? I mean I know a woman lactates when she is pregnant but this...." Chifusa thought as she looked at the potion and at Momoha who was breathing heavily. "According to this, this potion should heal her wounds but would cause her to regress since her body will need to develop cells quicker at a younger age. Unbirthing would allow a female to be pregnant and grow breasts naturally..."
"I got no choice!" Chifusa said to herself as she psyched herself up for the task at hand.
"I have something here from Momoha!" Chifusa yelled as she handed the potion to Kaede. "Have her drink it!"
"Okay!" Kaede said as she popped off the cork. "Momoha drink this! This should help you!"
Momoha couldn't drink so Kaede tilted her head. In between breaths, she drank the potion. Then they noticed her wound was healing!
"This is a miracle!" Said the inn keeper happily.
"There's a catch though..." Chifusa said.
"What do you mean, Chifusa-sama?" Kaede asked confused.
She showed Kaede the scroll that came with potion and she too is shocked!
"Is this even possible? I mean the ingredients are rare!" Kaede yelled in shock.
"You can find them in Munamori village." Chifusa answered.
"Hey! Something is happening to Momoha!" Said the inn keeper as the two looked back.
They noticed her clothes were getting more loose on her! Her body was getting younger and younger!
"Are you really gonna do it?" Kaede asked Chifusa one more time.
"Yes, she is one of the last of the Munamori clan. I can't let her death be!" Chifusa said, determined as she began to take off her bloody robe.
Kaede noticed that Chifusa's breasts had shrunk a bit. H cups at the very best. Momoha had already regressed to an infant. As Chifusa prompt herself into a birthing position.
"I'm happy you're gonna save Momoha!" Said the innkeeper as assisted in the unbirthing.
"But you have to keep this a secret." Kaede whispered as she did a quiet gesture, the inn keeper nodded.
"It's almost time!" Chifusa yelled. "Anymore and she might disappear!
