Food Chain Reversal AnimeVore,GTS,GT,Shrink,Unbirth,AnalVore chapter 67 by copier · original author: roninmogura

It's well known among the masses that frogs have the potential to be very dangerous animals. For some, it's their poisonous skin that makes them dangerous for predators to eat and devour, so much so that they know well to stay far away from them. And then there are those that have an appetite that puts any competitive eater to shame. Most notably is the American Bullfrog who eats just about anything it can overpower and stuff down it's slimy gullet...even other frogs that get too close. Others, like the Cane Toad, have a combination of both deadly poison AND a voracious appetite to bring forth a whole new threat, one that cannot easily be contained thanks to their high reproductive rate. Sure, there were some animals who ate Frogs, but as it stood, the frog was a rather formiddible predator.

...So, why was it that Eruka Frog, a witch that embodied the well known amphibian, was so...low teir and underrated?

This was something that bothered Eruka ever since she confronted Medusa a while ago and, as a result, was forced into being her minion. Eruka herself wasn't very courageous, of course, and thus stronger witches like Medusa could easily push her around and force her into doing things she, honestly, did not want any part of. Although, the frog witch never questioned this at the time, having to endure being Medusa's lackey and having a near constant fear of Medusa detonating the snakes swimming within her was just about enough the young witch could take. Indeed, Eruka was going to become stronger...she was going to show the others that even she could be a formidible witch. Of course, to do this, she needed to increase her magical power something that's not easily done. Even so, Eruka has done a fair amount of reading during Medusa's (supposed) absence and has come to create a few techniques that could help her reach the goal of becoming a much more powerful witch.

At the moment, Eruka had retreated to her lair far off from Death City, a large frog like structure that reflected Eruka's magical theme and sat nestled in the marshes and wetlands far away from Death City and their infernal Meisters. As stated before, Medusa (the witch who usually had command over her) had seemingly disappeared after the incident with Arachne. This wouldn't be notable to Eruka if she could still 'sense' Medusa via the snakes in her body. With the supposed death of Medusa being widely confirmed to her, if only through gut instinct, Eruka went back to her usual life as a witch, only now having a desire to reach new heights and become an even more powerful witch than she was before. Medusa was the first and last witch to push her around the way she did. With nothing but time on her hands, and a freedom to do as she pleased also present, Eurka sat within her small study looking through an old book that was lost to her through a sheer lack of interest. Reading had become a large portion of Eruka's activities during this time, not only that, but snacking as well. The frog witch's inactivity over these recent weeks or so, did well in allowing her body to forge a layer of heft to Eruka's once modest figure. Although not enough to call her fat, Eruka was certainly plump her extra pudge seeming to fall in and around her stomach and lower body as one would see from her signifigantly wider hips.

"Geko, so this is what I have to find, huh?" The frog witch thought aloud, her eyes gazing at a picture within the book revealing it to be an odd lamb like creature that had the head and face of a human. The book did well in giving it the name "Taotie" which, according to it's pages, was a beast of great malevolent and evil power. Something Eruka could most certainly use in her path to becoming stronger. Although, the book never gave her much in terms of what powers it had or any other useful information...merely that it was feared of it's power of sin and evil and that it's last recorded sighting was in a place called "The Land of Shenlong". "Ah well, it's at least something I can use. Better than sitting here and not making progress..." The witch shrugged, embedding what information on the Toatie she knew into her mind and rising up to begin her quest to find the elusive beast. However as soon as her eyes locked onto the door to her study, Eruka laid witness to a burly and imposing figure standing in her way, the frog witch immedieatly reacting with a startled 'croak' and falling flat on her shapely backside. Shivering from what this monster could be, Eruka's fear shrunken pupils slowly adjusted and finally allowed her to see who this really was...

"Oi, you know where the kitchen is...?" The tall, gruff man asked Eruka, seeming to pay no attention to how he had spooked the ever-loving wits out of her. This man was known simply as 'Free', Eruka having known of him with her past dealings with Medusa. Free was an Immortal werewolf who was imprisoned for stealing Mabaa's eye, Eruka would later come to break him out of prison 200 years later thus beginning his partnership with Medusa. After the snake witch's supposed demise, Free sort of...followed Eruka home, the immortal lycan seeming to have grown used to her company. Although, it took...some getting used to on Eruka's part as it was plain to see at this very moment.

"Free!" Eruka chided, none to pleased with the werewolf's sudden decision to pop up in front of her. Let alone bothering her for something that usually, always happens. Free was not the best of navigator's, he himself having a rather...poor sense of direction and prone to getting lose more times than he bargained for. It would come off as less annoying if Free hadn't been here as long as he did. "Geko...can't you find it on your own, I'm kinda busy right now." The pudgy frog witch sighed, walking past Free as he looked to her with an odd expression. He was familiar with the spooked croaking...but not the .

"Eh, where you headed of to in such a hurry?" Free asked, naturally curious on where someone as cowardly as Eruka would be going on her own.

"Land of Shenlong. I need to go there to find a special...something, geko." Eruka said back in a blunt tone before she continued onward through her lair to leave for her destination. However, the presence of someone behind her evoked a pause from the witch as she turned to see Free following behind her, the immortal raising his eyebrow to her. Eruka already knew why Free was following her...it was out of habit. Having done most of their jobs alongside one another Free seemed to have grown used to following Eruka around, this being demonstrated when he followed her home. This wouldn't be as much of a problem as it was if Eruka didn't want to do this mission on her own. Part of being a tough witch was being self sufficent when doing things alone, how could she prove she had grown stronger if she allows a powerful werewolf who can't die tag along with her...?
