As Seras Victoria walked down the corridors and hallways of what was left of the the Hellsing mansion, a violent battle raged within her mind.
Millennium, a secret battle group of vampire SS had attacked London only a week earlier. It was on that same day that Seras drank blood for the first day. Pip Bernadette, the man who she may have come to love, was fatally injured in the attack and had given himself to her so that she could win. Pip was always with her now, as a comforting voice in the back of her head.
The conflict that our poor Police Girl was suffering from was really quite simple. Up until the attack, she had refrained from drinking blood of her own free will. This was a part of her attempt to retain what little remained of her humanity, and now that was gone.
Already she could feel a strange hunger rise up within her, different from the normal thirst for blood that she had experienced during her time as a vampire thus far.
'Maybe Master knows,' she mused.
