This was nothing like the first time. The first time Nami grew, the only emotion running through her mind was fear. Now, she felt two distinct feelings. An unbridled feeling of power, and wicked desire tom test out said power on those below her. Let them look on her beautiful body. It was going to be the last thing those idiot arines and their navy ships would ever see.
The crew of the Thousand Sunny could only stare on in amazement (or in Sanji's case, lust) at the sight of Nami rising and higher into the air. She easily cleared 100 feet, her legs obviously touching the ocean floor as she pressed even higher. Luffy could breathe a sigh of relief at this, he didn't want to test the artificial power's effect on Nami's ability to swim like the regular Devil Fruits removed. If she could just walk on the ocean ground, the sea couldn't cripple her.
"Mellor...OW!"
"I told you," Luffy reminded him. Sanji could only look on in rage as Luffy pushed his head down, right by a whizzing cannonball. "Nami's distracting," he added, obviously having firsthand experience with what his new girlfriend's body did to attention spans. All the humanoid males on the crew nodded their heads while Chopper continued to look at the sight. Robin just looked on at Luffy, wondering exactly how far he went the previous night. Considering Nami's anger at someone attacking her dear captain, the rubber man must have been quite the wonder in bed.
There was only one thought on the minds of the marines as they stared onward at over five hundred feet of naked female flesh. Terror. Even the commodore wasn't immune.
"FIRE! FIRE!"
Cannons from all four galleons converged on the giantess who merely shrugged them off as if they were insect stings. Wearing an evil grin, her enormous hand reached down for one of the vessels.
"Keep firing!" a marine yelled, only to hastily abandon the ship with Nami's hands scooped the vessel up from the ocean. The sixty foot vessel was little more than a toy in her hand. A quick scale comparison revealed to the navigator a rather ludicrous bit of trivia, at this size, her ass was bigger than an entire Navy vessel! The mere thought of being able to crush an entire ship underneath her butt made Nami feel even more powerful than before.
Turning her attention to the scampering bugs in the vessel she held, Nami smiled, crumpling the ship and everyone on it as if it were a mere tin can, the ship exploding into a cloud of splinters and bodies that fell onto the sea. Tossing aside the wreckage, the giantess turned her attention to the remaining ships. That was just a test of her strength. Now that she knew what her gigantic form was capable of, Nami could really cut loose. Her breasts bounced freely as she approached the remaining ships, the waves from her enormous body battering the ships even as they seemed to hold her ground.
"Commodore, what do we do? We've never fought a bounty with this kind of Devil's Fruit power!"
"It may not be a Devil's fruit."
"What?"
"Nothing," the commodore retorted. "Order all ships to retreat to the fort. We'll use the fort's guns in tandem with our own. Not even she can withstand that level of firepower."

"Ha! They're running! Hey! Morons!" Ussop continued to shout and heckle the retreating Navy ships, even shooting a marine with a perfectly timed slingshot ball. "HAHAHA...AHH!"
"They have cannons, you have a slingshot," Franky interrupted as he pulled the marksman from the line of fire. "Do the math."
"They're retreating?" Luffy asked, confused at the suddenly flight of the remaining ships. That was when he noticed where they were heading, right in plain sight.
"They're going to shoot her on the island!" Luffy, not even bothering to calculate his trajectory, readied himself to be launched from the Sunny onto the enemy vessels when a large hand stopped him.
"Captain, it may be best not to show your abilities so soon."
"But Robin..."
"I'm sure Nami will be just fine. Rather than tip our hand this early and show we have two other size changers, let her face the enemy. She seems more than capable of handling herself."
Luffy pouted in the face of Robin's logic. He didn't want to stay on the sidelines, and he REALLY didn't want to see Nami get hurt in case the marines' stupid plan did work. But if Robin was correct...
"Wow," Luffy remarked, looking up at the seven foot tall archeologist. "You're taller." He had expected Robin to stay at her normal size but instead he found himself looking up at her even higher than usual.
"Oh, but dear Captain likes taller women, doesn't he?" Luffy could only blush at the statement, as well as the obvious implication of what Robin knew.
