Kagami was worried about the date. She had never been out with a boy before, much less a girl. If that didn’t worry her enough, she was going out with Konata, the Otaku, the girl that persuaded her to eat people, the biggest tease she had ever met. She had no idea what she was going to do, so she did the only thing she could think of, panic.
To calm herself down, she tried to find someone to give her advice, but her pool of acquaintances was pretty small. She tried getting advice from her sister, but all she could come up with was kiddie stuff that she knew wasn’t going to work. Miyuki was even worse, just blushing and mumbling something. Most likely the pink haired girl was thinking of what Konata and Kagami could do and it was not something that was very PG. Everyone else was clueless about what the fattened up girl should do with her chubby date. Desperate for advice, on her way home to prepare for the date, she spotted the only person she was acquainted with walking out of a grocery store who was in any kind of relationship. “A girl, well then forget what I said,” Yui laughed, becoming her usual relaxed, ditzy self. “Then don’t worry about condoms. Unless she’s one of those hermaphrodites. We got a few in the police, it must be nice to be able to have sex with both men and women, but then again you can do that with or without both pairs of equipment.”
“I’m pretty sure that Konata doesn’t have both pairs of equipment,” Kagami muttered remembering the times they changed before gym class and when they went to the bathhouse together. “You’re going out with Konata?” Yui said in surprise. “In that case, you still have to worry about getting knocked up. Even without male equipment, my cousin could get you pregnant, she could get herself pregnant, she could get you both pregnant a the same time!”
“….Okay,” Kagami slowly said, not understanding what Yui was talking but willing to say anything to get the officer to stop saying pregnant. Kagami then started to walk home, shaking her head and feeling more confused then ever. “God, I hope I don’t become as weird as her when I go up.”
