"Okay, Ranma, I'll help you. You better be grateful you jerk." Akane then placed Ranma into her breast pocket before leaving the room and heading downstairs to eat breakfast. Ranma bounced around inside her pocket, wondering what would become of him.
Breakfast was an unsettling affair. Ranma's abscense from the table left both father's in a state of worry and the two berrated the boy for missing Kasumi's lovely cooking and not eating with his fiancee. In Akane's pocket the tiny martial artist growled, the two idiots were once again putting the blame on him for things that were out of his control. Ranma growled once more, this time from his stomach, he had not eaten since last night and with his metabolism he needed a great amount of food.
Thankfully Akane pulled her pocket open and inserted a small piece of meat, about the size of the boy's head. Ranma quickly devoured the food, which sated his hunger for now. Akane excused herself and left the home for school.
Overall, the school day was nothing special, only the lack of Ranma's presence caused any amount of commotion. Ranma, still in her pocket, hoped the day would end soon so that they could think of something to do that would get him back to his normal size.
At the end of the school day, Akane and her passanger left as quickly as possible to avoid any conflicts that might lead to Ranma's new predicament being exposed to the entire school. They managed this feat with some difficulty, finally the escaped through the gates after which Akane made a b-line for home. Akane ran as fast as she could, Ranma rolled around dizzily in her pocket, until they reached the Tendo household and entered Akane's room.
The girl removed her mini passanger and placed him on her desk before taking her own seat.
"Well Ranma, what do you think we should do about this?" She looked down at him with concern, hoping that they would find an answer soon so that she wouldn't have to be his caregiver for the rest of his life.
Ranma stared up at his fiancee silently for a while until he finally answered. "Well I think Ryoga did something to me that caused me to be this way. It has to be magic so our best choices would be seeing the old perv or the old ghoul. I don't like either choice."
"You're right, Ranma, if there is any way to get you back to normal, those two would probably know it. The question is who to see, Happosai or Cologne?"
