Running home along the top of a fence, Ranma Saotome was happy for the school day to be over. It was another day filled with clingy fiancees and moronic suitors as well as a violent tomboy. The run was at least somewhat calming, letting him unwind somwhat. It was quite out, or it was until Ryoga exploded out from behind a wall.
"Ranma Saotome, prepare to die!" shouted Ryoga, his usual battle cry. Ranma dodged the initial strike, sending a counter kick Ryoga's way. Ryoga was sent flying, landing on his back on the other side of the street. Growling, he quickly got up with hands clenched in anger.
"I'm not going to let you beat me this time Ranma!" he declared to his pigtailed rival. Reaching into his bag, Ryoga pulled out a bag and untied the string. The bandana wearing boy leapt at his opponent and emptied the sack over Ranma's head. Ryoga backed up, smirking victoriously. "I win, Ranma."
30 seconds went by and nothing happened to him. Ryoga looked dumbstruck that his supposed trump card had failed. With a yell of "What the hell was that supposed to do!?" Ranma shot forward and delivered a massive uppercut to the boy sending him towards the horizon.
After dusting off his hands, he collected his school things and continued on his way home. He entered the Tendo household, ate dinner and went to bed. His father and Mr. Tendo were dragged out of the house by the master for a training trip, Happosai felt they were getting soft. With the thought of a Genma free couple of days, Ranma drifted to sleep.
The next morning he awoke with feeling suffocated. He sat up and thought he was caught beneath a circus tent or something. Feeling his way out Ranma lifted the clothe up and saw that it wasn't a tent, it was his blanket. Everything around him had become huge. The miniscule martial artist began to panic, what the hell had happened to him? In this frantic state, he almost missed the slidding noise of the guestroom door, letting in...
