Voraphilia is a young fetish. Voraphilia showed up in late 1999 (as far as anyone can tell) and is still going relatively strong and gaining new people. How did this odd fetish came about in the first place? Voraphilia isn't the only odd fetish...in truth, all fetishes are often odd...but voraphilia is the only fetish that can end in death...in thoery. Why would anyone get horny over something that would most likely be a very painful death inside a stomach? Voraphilia isn't only about getting horny at the thought of being swallowed alive, but watching someone else get swallowed alive, usually by a member of the opposite sex of the victim. Where did this fetish come from? Fetishes just don't pop out of nowhere; surely, there must be a logical reason for this fetish to come about. What if voraphilia wasn't a new fetish? Oh, it's relatively new to the human world...but what if voraphilia is as old as the human race itself...or even much older? What if this fetish came from Heaven...that mysterious place that all mortals are fated to go after they die . After all, voraphilia is nothing new to religion...Christians eat the "body" of Christ. The Goddess Athena was eaten by Zeus as a child and sprang whole from his head. So, you see, voraphilia came from Heaven.
Over the years, Goddesses came down to Earth to have a mortal snack...wheather the mortal be an animal or a human. A Goddess has the choice to digest her mortal meal or not. Mostly, Goddesses (and Gods) don't tend to digest humans...just animals...but there have been a few humans that had been digested by goddesses as a 'sacifice'.
Nowadays, Goddesses and Gods come down to Earth to grant a wish if the mortal is worthy of getting Heaven's Grace...like in the instance of Keiichi Morisato. Most wishers before Keiichi wished for riches, or a mansion full of pretty women, or a new car that was the fastest car in the country. However, Keiichi wished for Belldandy to stay with him forever...a one-of-a-kind wish to be sure. Heaven granted Keiichi's wish, and so Belldandy is now living on Earth with a mortal in a rather run-down temple. Soon after, Belldandy's two sisters came down to Earth. Urd had come down to Earth without permission, and is forbidden to go back to Heaven until further notice. Skuld had come down to Earth to A) Deal with the massive Bug problem with Yggdrassil and B) to stop Keiichi from getting "touchy feely" with her big sister, Belldandy. Urd tries again and again to get Keiichi to get "touchy feely" with Belldandy...but so far, no luck. Belldandy and Keiichi did confess thier love for one another, but thier relationship hasn't moved an inch.
"I HATE YOU URD!"
"So what else is new, you little brat?"
"STOP TREATING ME LIKE A KID!"
Another typical morning at the temple. Keiichi pulled the covers of the futon over him and tried to get back to sleep. He had no school today, and all he wanted to do was veg out. It had been a rough week. The sounds of Urd and Skuld battling one another was muted, which meant they were fighting on the front lawn and not in the temple itself. Keiichi yawned, and tried to remember the weird dream he was having when he was rudely awaken by the two battling goddesses. In the dream, he had been on a wide dinner plate...how he had gotten there, he didn't know. On the plate with him had been people from NIT, Including the guys from the auto club and Sayoko. The plate was set in front of a huge shadowy figure that had looked like Urd, and she had started to pick up the people from the plate and...dropping them into her wide open mouth! Urd had picked him up when he suddenly awoke with a start and heard the fight that was going on outside.
Keiichi could smell breakfast, being cooked by the middle sister of the three Norse goddesses. It smelled delicious, and Keiichi was trying to will himself to get out of his comfortable futon.
The fight outside ended with an deafening explosion, which made Keiichi get out of his futon and start the day.
