What really scared Arumi when she entered the vampire's stomach was the lack of a heartbeat. Arumi knew all about vampires but she had actually hadn't met one before..much less be eaten by one. Arumi struggled in the vampire's stomach to loose some argession. She had been looking forward to eating someone, sending someone down to her skinny belly. Now, Arumi was in the stomach of a vampire for god-knows-how-long. Alucard must've taken an Anti-Digestion pill because Arumi wasn't being digested at all. Arumi was greatly annoyed by getting caught so easily. Arumi sighed deeply, and took stock of her postition. It was pitch black within Alucard's stomach, and totally silent. Arumi sat in the fetal postition and waited for something else to happen to her.
The Golden Dragon was a resturant with a dimenional rift in it. Nobody knows how or why a dimensional rift is in the Golden Dragon. Perhaps the rift is just a freak of nature..or was made by something supernatural. The point is that the Golden Dragon plays host to a wide variety of customers from all the dimensions out there. A person from a certain dimension returns to thier "home" dimension when he or she exits the Golden Dragon. For instance, if Alucard left the Golden Dragon, he would return to his "home" dimension...or the dimension that he had came from. This rule doesn't seem to apply to the meals of the said person. If Alucard leaves the Golden Dragon, Arumi would go with him to his own dimension in his stomach. While crossing dimensions isn't illegal, it's not advisable. You could end up somewhere you don't want to be. Sasshi and Arumi don't know about this rule as they're somewhat new to "world jumping" for lack of a better word.
Sayaka and Alucard kept thier meals in thier bellies for the rest of the day, but had decided to stay in the Golden Dragon. In Sayaka's case, she couldn't leave the Golden Dragon without spitting up (or pooping out) her meal, Sasshi. Since Sasshi was an offical "meal", he had to stay in the resturant to be enjoyed by the other customers at the Golden Dragon. Arumi wasn't an "offical" meal, so Alucard was free to leave with her in his belly any time he wanted. However, Alucard was clearly waiting on somebody to show up. As the day worn on, nobody came to meet with Alucard, with greatly annoyed the vampire.
Sasshi had grown to like being in Sayaka's stomach...although, he would like it better in someone else's stomach than his own sister's. Beggars can't be choosers, more the pity. It was comfortable in Sayaka's stomach and the gentle heartbeat of Sayaka had lulled Sasshi to sleep.
Arumi had no heartbeat to lull her to sleep. Arumi was annoyed, but was comfortable in the stomach. She had tried to ask Alucard when he would let her out, only to be ignored by the Victorian vampire.
