"Rawr!" Aisha felt herself giving an animalistic, triumphant roar as she pounced, tackling the pair as they approached the ship's airlock. She could feel them cower under her strength as she pulled them close and... and...
Oh goddammit she couldn't stay mad at these two for long, she started purring like a little kitten. "Oh man, I missed you two so much!"
"W-Wait what, Aisha?!" Jim shouted in surprise, as Aisha rubbed the side of her head against him affectionately. "I thought you were an Ambassador or something, what are you doing on..."
Gene sighed. "Jim, I think this is HER ship. What's with this thing cat? You could fit two freighters in this giant tub!"
Aisha jumped to her feet, standing tall and proud as her friends fell back from her sudden release of them. "This is the flagship of the new Clan Clan fleet, the CSS Leyline!" She felt her body flush with pride as she stood there, saluting in front of an imaginary coat of arms... and the flush turned to embarrassment when she heard snickering from her two friends in front of her. "What? What's so funny?!" She demanded, trying to hide her blush behind anger.
"I-I'm sorry Aisha..." Jim said between snickering. "But after TEN years, you're still going with Leyline? And beyond that, one ship isn't exactly a fleet..."
"...Well, even on an ambassador's salary, I can't afford more than just the one yet, nyaaaa..." She groaned as she looked down. "Unless..." She grinned suddenly, glancing at the airlock.
"What? No! Nonononono!" Gene said, jumping to his feet. "The Outlaw Star is off-limits!"
Aisha chuckled. "And who's going to stop me? You? As an ambassador, I could easily just devour you and take the Outlaw Star, and no one would even bat an eye. Well, except maybe Jimmy." She glances back momentarily. "Besides..."
