"AHHHHHHHHHH!"
With all the subtlety of a cannon being fired, Ryo-Ohki and Ryoko were tossed out of the wormhole Washu had created into what appeared to be a void in space. Unlike most normal parts of space, the light from stars was noticeably absent, save for two faint dots.
The sickening feeling in her stomach, along with the total darkness didn't matter to the space pirate though. If this godforsaken piece of space had the answer to shrinking Mihoshi, she'd scour it top to bottom. It was her obligation, her duty to save Tenchi from himself, to make him realize that she was the best woman for him. Even if it killed him.
Ryoko's thoughts were quickly interrupted by a bright light appearing in front of her, a holographic image of a humanoid covered in shadow save for his eyes, with the silhouette of a cape clearly visible. The hologram dwarfed Ryo-Ohki.
"INTERLOPER, YOU HAVE ENTERED A PART OF SPACE WHERE YOU ARE NOT WELCOME. TURN BACK NOW. THIS IS YOUR ONLY WARNING."
"Sorry," Ryoko grinned as Ryo-Ohki sped past the hologram, "but I'm not real good with orders."
Laughing, Ryoko failed to notice the extremely large circular ship in front of her. A light emerged, and the woman couldn't even muster a scream before losing consciousness.

"W...where am I?"
Looking around, Ryoko saw herself in a dimly lit room with bars surrounding the one exit, the classic prison cell. Looking at her hands, she saw they were bound with a bizzare energy restraint. Looking down, she found a similar one was on Ryo-Ohki's neck.
"Back in time for dinner? Yeah, right."
The cabbit meowed with slight fear, it not knowing what was in the area either. With no knowledge of where she was, finally a voice spoke.
"You're on the planet Trayos."
"Trayos?"
"It's called Trayos because it's one of only three planetary bodies in the solar system, besides it's moon and a small sun. The people here...if there are any, don't like visitors."
"Really?" Ryoko asked. "What makes you so sure?"
"Look outside your cell."
Looking outside, Ryoko realized that the entire structure was centered around a central pit, similar to seats in an arena. The center had a large platform hovering above a tank of brown, dirty liquid, while in front of it, a throne with another being, cloaked in shadow much like the hologram, sitting down. All over, brown, skeletal robots patrolled the area.
"How many prisoners are there?"
"Just you, me, and the woman about to be sentenced. I think her name is Nagi."
"Nagi?!" That was a name Ryoko knew. A rather annoying bounty hunter with a cabbit of her own named Ken-Ohki. Looking down, she saw the cabbit on the shoulder of the cloak-clad bounty hunter, looking as stern as ever. Ryo-Ohki seemed to sigh at the sight of Ken-Ohki on the platform, but Ryoko quickly dismissed it.
"Of all the weird coincidences. Now what?" Ryoko asked. The person in the cell next to her didn't reply, instead letting one of the robots next to the throne answer her question.
"Have you reached a verdict my lord?" the machine asked in a flat, feminine voice.
"Oh just get on with it," the woman hissed, the cabbit growling as well.
"Yes I have," the shadowed male replied, his voice calm yet trembling with a subtle rage. "Bounty hunter, lapdog of the Galaxy Police, you are guilty of entering Trayos territory without permission. The sentence is death in the pit."
Ryoko's old rival had no time for a snappy comeback. The platform Nagi had been standing on quickly vanished, allowing her to fall into the pit of water below, screaming as she fell in. A few moments later, something unseen from the surface pulled her and Ken-Ohki into the murky water, leaving only a few bubbles behind.
"Not the end I would wish for my dear," the man in the other cell finally replied.
Ryoko couldn't help but stare. The situation seemed so surreal. Before she woke up, she was worried about dealing with a rival for the man she loved. Now she had just seen her most persistent pursuer die in front of her.
Shaking her head, Ryoko began looking around. The idiots running this prison didn't bother removing her gems, which brought a smile to her face. Escaping might not be so hard. After all, she was a lot smarter and stealthier than her recently departed rival.
