"So..." said Edward, desperately trying to find a topic to talk about. "How did Riza get you?"
"While she was eating you I managed to run out of the house" said Lust. "Didn't take her long to track me down with her sense of smell. Apparently, Gluttony decided to change into some kind of gigantic lizard to give her some size advantage. I tried to escape but as you can see that didn't work out"
"So the lieutenant can change into that monster...." muttered Edward to himself.
"I guess she really did ate Envy and absorbed his power to shift" said Lust.
Edward looked around. "She also told me that she has full control of her digestive system....I guess that's why we're not in stomach acid"
"Which is strange because homunculi don't need to eat, strictly speaking" said Lust.
"And yet you were taking a nap" said Edward.
"Only because I have a human body" said Lust. "Father can make a homunculus without a human body. That kind of homunculus doesn't need to eat or sleep; they get all their energy from the Stone at their core. A homunculus made from a human body still needs rest and food"
"Makes sense I suppose" said Edward.
Edward couldn't stand easily having just one leg without help. Edward was lying down on the slick floor of the stomach. He was pretty much helpless. Lust examined her surroundings which included touching the moist walls of the stomach.
There was an exit to the stomach, presemdly leading to the bowels. The exit to the stomach was located in a dip. The dip was a good five feet away from where Edward had landed. The dip was a gentle slope.
"Why is it so big in here?" asked Edward as Lust finished examining the stomach thoroughly. With her task finished Lust had turned towards Edward and a lewd expression came over her face. Lust walked towards Edward with her hips swinging more than it was called for. Edward blushed and looked determinedly away from Winry.
"Let's not talk, Edward" purred Lust as she approached Edward. She walked over Edward and slowly sat down, straddling Edward along the middle. Edward yelped in panic and started to recite the table of elements in his mind.
Lust sensually caressed Edward's exposed chest very slowly. Edward found it hard to concentrate on the periodic table of elements as Lust grabbed his only arm and placed it on her breast. Edward felt the warmness of Winry's chest. He could faintly feel her nipple under her dress. Edward's nose started to bleed.
"Lust wasn't always a sin, Ed" said Lust in a sultry tone. "Ancient civilizations actually celebrated lust, even worshipped it. Their worship of lust turned into a regilion and lust was made into a goddess"
Edward sputtered, hardly knowing what to say.
"Would you like that, Edward?" asked Lust moving Edward's hand all over her chest. "Would you like to worship Winry's body? Come, little man. I'll be your Venus"
Lust let go of Edward's hand, letting it fall to the floor. Lust reached up and removed her dress. It had been plain to see that Winry wasn't wearing a bra. Edward had a full view of Winry's bare breast. Edward's mental recital of the elements stopped dead.
Lust smiled and leaned forward to kiss Edward. The kiss was long and lingering as well as very passionate. forest's body demanded action.
Lust broke the kiss. She then repositioned herself on Edward so that his hardened member entered her. Edward thrusted his hips on pure excint, plunging himself deep into Windy.
Lust groaned in pleasure. Her groan turned into Winry's voice momentarily.
"I have the right host for this" panted Lust as she and Edward started to make love. "Nobody feels lust like a teenager"
"Enough with the talking" said Edward.
"Quite right, quite right...." said Lust.

Riza had to go to the forest to track down Lust. The forest that surrounded the small town of Resembol was no more than two miles away from the Rockbell house. Covering two miles in five minutes was no small feat even for homunculi.
Since eating Lust, Riza had moved deeper into the forest as the gigantic lizard-like beast. Countless human faces had appeared on her side. These faces, Riza knew, belonged to all of the human souls within the Philosopher's Stone that was her core. They were all wailing, pleading, crying, laughing, moaning, groaning, etc, etc. It was just noise to her. Riza also knew that the poor souls couldn't go back being human. Some of them had even forgotten that they were once human.
Riza wasn't bothered with this information. The screams of disembodied souls were always within her. Turning into the lizard-beast had merely made them visible. Riza ignored the screams. They weren't important anymore. They were just a resource now.
Riza made it to a small clearing in the forest before she had realized that she was still the lizard-like beast. In another moment, Riza returned to her human form.
Riza's belly had gotten bigger from all the meals she had been having. She had also gained weight in her arms, legs, thighs, and chest. It wasn't all fat either; Riza had gained some muscles and was probably stronger than any unaided human....which would make some sense. Muscles weighed more than fat after all.
