Together with her and captain Mayuri Kurotsuchi of squad 12. They make they're way towards the home base of the Arrancar to capture or kill Aizen. As they make they're way there, they are confronted by one of the Espadas. There also see a wounded Renji Abarai, Dondochakka Birstanne and Uryu Ishida. Mayuri decides to engage with the Espada who introduces himself as Szayelaporro Granz, an Arrancar with a number 8.
He had activated his Resurrección, Fornicarás. Uryu and Mayuri are arguing as Szayelaporro Granz tells them to shut up. He then swallows Mayuri which in turn creates a doll version of Mayuri. As Mayuri looks on as Szayelaporro crushes the organs of the Mayuri doll to a point he now sees Mayuri exhausted and wounded who was crying in pain at the loss of his organs. Nemu also gets wounded in the battle as she tried to protect her father.
Then Mayuri stands up much to the shock of Uryu, Renji, Nemu and Szayelaporro!
"Gotcha!" Mayuri says as he smiles mockingly at Szayelaporro!
This infuriates Szayelaporro as he begins breaking apart the Mayuri doll to no effect on Mayuri!
"What gives! Why aren't you feeling any pain?" Szayelaporro asks in anger.
"I've been monitoring Uryu since he came here to Hueco Modo as I put monitoring bacteria in that Quincy." He answers to the shock of Szayelaporro. Uryu is shocked that Mayuri did that to him!
"But that's impossible! I only revealed my ability to you just now!" Szayelaporro yells in anger.
"You are annoying. I created organs with dummies to withstand your attack." Mayuri explains once more.
Infuriated, he grabs Nemu with one of his wings in retaliation for what Mayuri did!
"You are a fool for letting your Lieutenant get captured by me!" Szayelaporro yells with delight but Mayuri seems unfazed by his move.
"Capturing me doesn't make me a hostage." Nemu says as she is hung up by the air by Szayelaporro's wings who wrapped her arms and waist.
Szayelaporro and Nemu begin arguing as they are annoying Mayuri. Mayuri draws out his Zanpakto from it's sheathe.
"You're so noisy. Allow me to show you my bankai,Konjiki Ashisogi Jizō !" Mayuri yells as he grins evilly.
His bankai is summoned and begins spewing out a poison which Szayelaporro inhales and is paralyzed!
"Dammit! If I had more time I could find a antidote for this!" Szayelaporro yells in frustration.
Mayuri sighs, "You're so noisy so I'll let my bankai eat you to shut you up!" Mayuri says, annoyed.
The bankai moans like a baby as it lunges towards the paralyzed Arrancar.
"No!!!" Szayelaporro screams.
Konjiki Ashisogi Jizō lands on top of Szayelaporro's body and begins to chew on him.
"Burp!" Konjiki Ashisogi Jizō spews as it raises it's head as the wings of Szayelaporro are sticking out of his mouth with Nemu dangling below as she is lifted up into air.
"Yes, I can hear it. Looks like the barbarians are still fighting over there." Mayuri says as he listens in on the noise.
Renji coughs as Uryu takes notice of it. Renji covers his mouth.
"Crap! You inhaled the bankai's poison!" Uryu yells.
"How come you're not affected by it?" Says Renji looks at Uryu in surprise.
"Looks like I have developed some antibodies from it since I was exposed to it before." Uryu explains. "Hey, Mayuri Kurotsuchi! Give us the antidote for Renji!"
The he coughs much to his surprise as he covers his mouth.
"Wait! How the hell am I still affected by the poison?" Uryu in shock as he asks Mayuri for an explanation.
Mayuri looks at him as he is annoyed, "What the hell are you ranting about? I change the composition of the poison of my bankai everytime."
"You SOB!" Uryu yells in anger.
"Developed Antibodies? That takes skill to do that." Mayuri explains mockingly.
"Whatever! Just give us the antidote already!" Uryu yells.
"Umm. Mayuri-sama?" Nemu asks but is ignored.
"My deepest apologies, Mayuri-sama but could you possibly so kind enough to lend me a hand in getting out of this?" Nemu asks as she is still wrapped in Szayelaporro's wing.
"Mayuri-sama?" Nemu says but is ignored by Mayuri again.
"Hey! You can hear that right? A little help!" Uryu says at Mayuri.
"You are annoying, here's the antidote." Mayuri says as he pulls it out of his coat and tosses it at Uryu.
"Hey! Don't throw it! What I meant is if you could help..." Uryu says but was cut off by a familiar voice.
Nemu then notices the wing of Szayelaporro moving as it turns her body, making her face the sky. She is confused by this. Mayuri is also startled by this.
"You thought you killed me?" Said a familiar voice which they all heard.
"That voice.." Uryu said.
"It's Szayelaporro's voice." Renji followed up.
Mayuri looks in the direction of his bankai who was still chewing on Szayelaporro's body.
"I shall tell you the important power of my Fornicarás. It is the power I take the most pride in!" Said Szayelaporro as he grins.
"It allows me to impregnate myself into an enemy!" Szayelaporro yells with glee as it shocks Mayuri, Uryu and Renji.
How does Szayelaporro's Fornicarás work?
Choice 1: Just like the manga and anime, it inserts an egg into her naval that goes directly into her intestines. Like a tape worm, it drains her body to reform Szayelaporro! He exits through her mouth!
Choice 2: It inserts an egg through her navel as it goes into her stomach which I turn absorbs all of the hosts nutrients to reform his body! He comes out of her navel!
Choice 3: It inserts an egg through her navel as it goes into her uterus! It develops rapidly as Nemu gives birth to him!
