Orihime was shocked that she looked full term with twins! Orihime held her belly in disbelief. It stretch her t-shirt but still kept her belly hidden though her breasts were larger as well!
"Ehhh? Why did become pregnant with them?!? Did I accidentally use the technique I used on Tusbaki on them?!?" Orihime thought as she held her large belly.
It wasn't as large when she carried all six of her kotodama but still she was large and it was heavier than with her kotodama! She could feel the two fetal bodies move inside of her as they created protrusion which she rubbed. She felt bliss as she rubbed her belly, motherly instincts taking over.
"Well, this isn't so bad..." Orihime said to herself then shook her head." Snap out of it Orihime! You have school tomorrow! You can't be absent because you put two pluses inside of you!"
She listened in as she couldn't hear the hollow anymore but wasn't sure it was gone for good. Weird she hadn't seen any Shinigami patrolling the area. She began to ponder a bit with her left index finger on her lower lip while her right hand held her belly.
"I wonder where all the Shinigami are? They should be around... Maybe because they couldn't detect it?" Orihime said to herself but only a Shinigami could answer that question.
"Now what to do..." Orihime said to herself, lost in thought at what occurred as she picked up her groceries with a struggle.
