A Nightmare and the changed Orihime

As Ichigo had slept, he had the most strangest of dreams. The sky was dark above his hometown. Buildings layed ruined all across the city. It looked like it had been hundreds of years since someone lived here or at least a earthquake had erupted and totaled most of it. Ichigo looked around in shock "Why am I dreaming this? I mean I expected to have a dream of having sex with Orihime. We just did it after all." Ichigo said as he looked around. That's when he felt the earth shake. "Whoa!" The ground shaked violently as rubble fell. "Is there an earthquake!?"
But the ground didn't tear, and the earth shaking ground was getting stronger and more destructive. All most like something was causing it. As Ichigo kept himself up, the ground stopped shaking. "Is it over?" That's a liquid fell on top of Ichigo's head. Ichigo growled angrily as he got some of the liquid out of his hair. He looked at it on his hand. It was warm and smelled like something he's drank before. It was milk! Ichigo looked behind to him to see who dropped it on his head. That's when he saw a foot. The only problem was how big the foot was. It was towering! The smallest toe alone was five times Ichigo's size. Ichigo looked up and saw two huge breasts, He could see nothing else past two towering breasts. That's when he heard a voice. "OOH! Ichi-chan!" The giant girl said.
"Orihime?" Ichigo said as the foot rose. Ichigo looked around desparate as he realized the foot was going to fall on him. He quickly ran, yet the foot came down until....
"Don't squish me Orihime!" Ichigo said as he awoke. It was dark outside and the alarm clock said 6:00am. Ichigo sighed with relief "Oh good. It was just a dream!" He looked over at Orihime. It took Ichigo a few minutes to realize it, but Orihime was different. He didn't know how but there was something different about her. Yet she simply layed there, oblivious to his shouting of the joy of not being crushed by a giant nude Orihime. But he couldn't help but feel like something was wrong. He removed the blanket. And laying there before him was Orihime. Yet it seemed like it wasn't.
She was taller, or was it bigger. Since her head had grown proportionally to her body. Her breasts seemed even bigger and her cute sexy body seemed a bit more toned. Ichigo measured his height to Ichigo. He layed next to her and began to measure their size. Normally Orihime stood at full height to Ichigo's nose. Yet her new height made Ichigo stand as tall as her chin. He looked up at her and admired this new change of height. Yet he couldn't help but feel this was connected to the dream he had. Getting up, Ichigo yawned as he stretched. His clothes layed next to a wall, all crumbled together. That's when Ichigo realized something. "Oh shit! I forget to tell my dad I was at Orihime's!" Ichigo realized with a bit of fear. This means he would still have to deal with his dad, especially because of his 6 pm curfew. And he still had to deal with Rukia.
Suddenly he heard the sheets ruffling. Ichigo turned around to see Orihime.
