"Big brother!" Keitaro soon found himself locked in a hug. Kanako happily embraced her older sibling. After being sperated from him for so long, they were finally reunited, and now nothing would keep them apart. She already has his seed inside her, that pretty much confirmed her that they would be together. Granted, Kanako had to resort to deceit in order to make love with Keitaro, but that didn't matter to her. She did what she had to, that was the only way she knew to seduce him. Keitaro found himself unable to break free from Kanako's loving embrace. She had a firm grip, and he hadn't seen her in years, so it was nice to get a hug from his sister.
However, a very unsettling fact soon popped into his head. His concern was then voiced by Naru.
"WAIT A MINUTE! SHE'S YOUR SISTER!!!?" Naru's yell caused Kanako to let Keitaro out of her embrace. However, she didn't dignify Naru's question for a response, feeling that she didn't have to explain her love to this overweight woman.
Seeing that she wasn't going to get anything out of her, Naru turned to the less shooken up Keitaro.
"Uh, Ka-Kanako is my...sister, but she's supposed to be traveling with grandma Hina" that was all Keitaro could say. Finding the courage to look her in the eyes, he turned back to the girl he recently fucked.
"I couldn't stand being away from you any longer big brother. After all this time, I suddenly felt that the time was right for me to return, and now that I'm grown up you can fulfill your promise to me. You know, the one you made when I was a child." Kanako smiled and blushed as she remembered that faitful day.

"Promise?!" Although Naru didn't voice it, she was now more worried about what Kanako just said rather than what she just did. This was something that hadn't been brought up in a long time.

They'd heard the legend, that if couples get into that school, they would be together forever. The little girl sealed the deal with a kiss on the cheek, but then she moved away. It was so long ago, Keitaro couldn't even remember her name.
Could Kanako be that girl?
".....oh now I remember." Kanako's spirits lifted as she heard him say that.
"I promised I'd write to you." that however made her fall back.
"Wh...Wait a minute! If you are Keitaro's sister that-" Naru was then cut off.
"It doesn't matter what you think!" Kanako then embraced Keitaro from the side. "Keitaro made that promise to me, and I know he meant it. We will be together, and not you nor anyone else will stand in my way." she finished.
Unfortunately, her big brother then brought up something that put a damper on her plan "Um, Kanako....there's something you should know.
"What's with all the commotion?" once again Keitaro's thoughts were voiced for him, as every other Hinata apartment tennant showed up. Naru's yells had penetrated every wall in the building, and they hadn't heard screams, well none orgasmic screams, coming from in here since the good ol' days, or a few days ago.
At first, they didn't know what to make of what they saw. First off, Naru had snuck in while Keitaro was taking a bath. They were mad about that, since she just got her turn last night. They were also confused, an unkown girl was holding Keitaro in her arms.
Kanako didn't know what to make of these girls. Were they the other five Naru had mentioned earlier, the others that were allowed to have sex with Keitaro? With all of them living in the apartments as well, that did make sense, but something didn't add up. She had gathered much information on them, but now they were so....fat.
"THAT'S KEITARO'S SISTER AND SHE JUST HAD SEX WITH HIM!" Naru yelled once again.

As they raved at how disgusting that was, Su noticed something brush up against her leg. She looked down and saw that it was a cat. It quickly got out of the way of these massive women, and perched itself on Kanako's shoulder.
She then let go of Keitaro, deciding that now she should explain herself further.
"Look, before you call a therapist, let's get one thing straight, Keitaro and I are not related by blood." she said.
"Huh?" everyone, minus Keitaro had a question mark over their heads.
