The Name of Sakura's Pet? And Can Ino Meet Him?

"Come on, we still need to get a leash and some dog tags." Sakura dragged Naruto towards the leashes.
"I don't think your pet needs a leash, he's very well behaved." Naruto tried. "Or dog tags for that matter."
"Every dog needs a leash and dog tags Naruto." Ino sighed causing Sakura to start laughing.
"Jeez Sakura, it wasn't that funny." Ino mumbled while giving her friend a strange look.
"Ah sorry." Sakura said as she finished laughing. "But Ino's right Naruto. No matter how good the pet, he still needs a leash so I can take him on walks and dog tags if he ever gets lost or runs away."
Sakura grabbed a short black leash and grinned. "This will be perfect!"
'You're not going to give him much room to move with such a short leash." Ino pointed out.
"Yep!" Sakura attached the leash to Naruto's color and tugged on it, forcing Naruto to get on all fours. "Let's try it out Naruto!"
"No way..." Ino started. Sakura started walking around the store with a red-faced Naruto following her closely on all fours. Ino erupted into mocking laughter as she watched Sakura parade him around.
"Sakura-chan..." Naruto whined. Sakura stopped and flashed him an amused smirk.
"Yep, this will work. Now let's go to the dog tags!" Still leashed, Naruto was led by Sakura over to the dog tags. She chose one in the shape of a pink heart to put her pet's name on it, and a plan grey circle to put her contact information on.
"Pink? Come on, it's a boy!" Naruto whined.
"It may be a boy, but it's owned by a girl with pink hair. My pet will be wearing some form of pink." Sakura replied casually.
Sakura dragged Naruto over to the cash register while Ino followed still snickering.
The cashier quickly inscribed the round dog tag with Sakura's contact information, and then asked for her pet's name for the heart shaped tag.
"Naruto, what's my pet's name again?" Sakura asked innocently.
"His name?" Naruto sputtered.
"You don't remember your pet's name?" Ino asked incredulously.
"It's Naruto." Naruto sighed. He really didn't want Sakura to give him a dog's name. He just hoped Ino didn't figure out the truth.
"You named your pet Naruto??" Ino gasped. "Sakura that's hilarious!"
Naruto watched as his name was inscribed onto the pink tag. Sakura grabbed the tags and put them on his color so the tag with his name was in front.
"I did." Sakura grinned. "Naruto, pay the man please." Naruto stood up, but Sakura didn't let go of the leash. He couldn't believe that Sakura was going to make him pay for this stuff. He grumbled and forked over the money.
"Can I come meet your new pet Sakura?" Ino asked on a hopeful tone.
Sakura examined Naruto carefully for his reaction. She had fun toying with him at the pet store, but she didn't want to force him into something he was not prepared for yet.
