After a couple of days of travel (and a couple of nights of Sakura using Naruto as her ass vibrator... albeit a little more gently this time), Naruto and Sakura finally make it back to Konoha.
"Ahhh, it's good to be back in Konoha." Sakura smiles. It had been just over a week, but she had missed her home.
"I agree! Now let's get you to the hospital." Naruto starts walking towards the hospital with Sakura in his arms, but she stops him.
"No Naruto, we're going to report to Tsunade-sama first."
"But Sakura..."
"I'm fine. To be completely honest, I probably could've walked on my own yesterday, but I decided that nuzzling into you and letting you carry me was a better idea."
"Still you need..."
"To report to Tsuande-sama." Sakura cuts Naruto off. He looks like he's about to argue some more so Sakura puts her hands on either side of his cheeks. "Need I remind you who's in charge here my personal butt toy?"
"Fine..." Naruto huffs and starts walking toward the Hokage Tower.

Tsunade looks up angrily when her door slams open without any sort of warning. She opens her mouth to yell at the foolish shinobi who was stupid enough to enter her office unannounced but finds she can't form any words when her eyes take in the sight of Naruto with Sakura in his arms. Truthfully, Tsunade is a little disappointed that Naruto is out of Sakura's ass.
It looks like she didn't decide to keep him after all
"So your mission was a success then I presume?"
"Hai Tsunade-sama. With Naruto's help, I was able to infiltrate the base and defeat Pain."
Tsunade cocks an eyebrow. "Naruto's help? Sakura..." Tsunade sighs as she rubs her temple. "You weren't supposed to take him with you in the first place, and now you're telling me that you let him out of your butt to fight the Akatsuki leader?"
"Now listen hear you old hag..." Naruto starts but is quickly cut off by his girlfriend.
"I can handle this Naruto. Yes Tsunade-sama. Although Naruto was in my butt the entire time he helped me while I infiltrated the base. But Pain survived the attack, and Naruto here apparently learned the teleportation jutsu, which he used to escape my butt and help me kill Pain."
"I see. Well I guess you got the job done and Naruto's safe, so I can't complain. From the looks of it, I take it you've had your talk with him?" Tsunade asks. She can tell Sakura already has. Sakura's obviously asked Naruto about his dream to become hokage and is going to let him live outside of her butt so he can achieve his dream.
Naruto flashes Sakura a questioning look as she shoots Tsunade an angry one.
"No Tsunade-sama, I haven't." Sakura growls.
"What talk Sakura-chan?"
"Later Naruto."
"Oh sorry, I just thought... Well nevermind. Is there anything else?"
"Actually there is! You know so many seals for the female ass, do you know one that prevents anyone from using a jutsu while inside of an ass? I don't want Naruto escaping again."
Tsunade quirks an eyebrow. She had assumed since Naruto was out of Sakura's ass that she was letting him go...Tsunade smiles.
"Of course I do. So you're keeping Naruto then?"
"Damn straight I am. I already told you, he's property of my butt!"
"Sakura... I'm right here." Naruto reminds as sweat rolls down the back of his head.
"What? You are!"
"Well... yea."
Tsunade walks over to Sakura and presses a hand against her ass. She focus her chakra and places an invisible seal on Sakura's butt.
"There we go. Once you get Naruto back in your butt he won't be able to use any jutsus."
Sakura grins happily and turns her pretty eyes up to her boyfriend's now nervous eyes. "Isn't that great Naruto? Now you really won't have any way to escape my ass!"
"Yea... that's great Sakura-chan..." Naruto deadpans. Damn you old hag! What am I supposed to do for Sakura's birthday now?!
"Well if that's all you have to report, it looks like you need to check in at the hospital Sakura." Tsunade says.
