Sakura refuses, Naruto escapes and fights Pain ...

Naruto waits in the grimy depths of Sakura's ass for her response to his ultimatum. He had kept his arms near his head when Sakura relaxed the muscles surrounding him so he could perform the shadow clone jutsu. It is still going to be tough to bring his hands close enough together to weave the proper hand signs, but Naruto is prepared to do it if he musts.
We both know that you can't escape my ass Naruto. The only way you'll ever get out is if I let you out, and I'm NOT letting you out. Now shut up and let me focus on this fight baka! Sakura finally answers.
Naruto smiles. Sakura doesn't know that he's learned the basic teleportation jutsu finally. After becoming Sakura's ass slave, Naruto planned on saving that piece of knowledge for her birthday, when he would use it to sneak out of her butt to buy her an awesome gift, leave it on her table, and then teleport back into her butt all without her knowing. But there goes that surprise. Sakura's in danger now.
Taking a deep breath of Sakura's musty ass air Naruto starts moving his arms together with all of the strength he posses.

Sakura is thankful that Naruto doesn't say anything else after his ultimatum. He was obviously bluffing, and he wasn't ready to reply if his bluff got called. She can feel him struggling inside of her ass, and tightly clenches her butt muscles to stop him. Normally she would love his tiny movements, but right now she is getting her ass kicked by the leader of the most evil organization in existence.
Sakura focuses her attention back on her six opponents just as the large bald Pain shoots missiles out of his body towards her. Sakura quickly stomps her foot into the ground, forcing an earth wall to shoot up from the ground and block the missiles. Just as the wall explodes, Sakura shoots forward into it, and out of the smoke she charges the Pain that attacked her and quickly kills it with a powerful chakra punch.
Capitalizing on the element of surprise she's gained, Sakura rushes the long-haired Pain body that summons beasts and incapacitates it with a powerful roundhouse kick to the temple. She turns to the next path of Pain, ready to strike it down as as well, but before her fist can connect with its skull, she's pushed backwards by the spiky-orange haired Pain's eye technique yet again.
God that hurt... Sakura thinks to herself after her body has finished it's skips across the unforgiving ground courtesy of Pain's pushing technique. She tries to ignore the pain, and after sitting there for five seconds she starts to push herself up. She gaps in surprise as her body is suddenly lifted off the ground. Before Sakura has a chance to figure out what's going on, she's cruelly slammed down into the ground.
Fuck... Sakura struggles to move her body, but it's not responding. She knew she was no match for Pain... She just hopes that Konoha reinforcements arrive before the Akatsuki leader discovers Naruto...
Naruto... Sakura speaks softly. Believing this to be her end, she wants to at least say goodbye to her tiny love. Just as she's about to continue she feels a poof in her ass, and suddenly Naruto is gone.
NARUTO?! Sakura yells in a panicked tone into her mind. She feels a small hand press against her thigh.
It's ok Sakura-chan. You did well. Return me to my normal size and I'll take it from here. Naruto gently soothes.
How the hell did you get out? Naruto this guy is too much, get back in my ass before he discovers you! Sakura is in a panic now. She stubbornly insisted on keeping him in her butt for this mission, and now he was out. He's going to get killed if he doesn't get back to the safety of her ass...

Sakura laughs weakly. "I didn't summon him. He just got out of his home."
Now that he's full size, Naruto gets a chance to really take a look at Sakura. She's bloody and dirty, her body clearly advertising that she just got the crap kicked out of her. Naruto bristles in anger as his toad-like eyes lock onto the rinnegan eyes of his foes.
He leaps forward so he's only standing about 10 feet away from Pain and his bodies.
The group of Pain bodies and Naruto calmly stare each other down.
Why do all ultra-elite shinobi have to have some sort of epic stare down to start their fights? Sakura wonders.
In perfect unison, all four bodies of Pain cock their eyebrows and wrinkle their noses.
"You smell like ass Naruto Uzumaki." One of the Pains notes.
Sakura can't help herself as she bursts out into laughter. Their epic staredown got interrupted because Naruto smells like ass...
