"Naruto..." Sakura's face transforms into a furious scowl. "FUCK YOU!"
"Wait, Sakura-chan let me...."
"SHUT UP NARUTO!" Sakura roars. "I loved you, I actually gave into my feelings and loved you because I trusted you would take care of my heart. AND THIS IS HOW YOU REPAY ME?!"
"Sakura, you don't, mmph!"
Sakura doesn't give Naruto a chance to finish his sentence as she roughly sucks him back into her ass. So... Naruto has changed his mind about wanting to live the rest of his life inside of my ass? Fine, then his final moments of life will be in my stomach, SHANAROO! Sakura thinks furiously. Naruto starts to worry a little bit as Sakura's inner muscles continue sucking him deeper into her body. He was far past the point now where he had been staying the past 24 hours or so.
"SAKURA, PLEASE LISTEN TO ME!" Naruto yells at the top of his lungs. But he knows there's no point, he's tiny, and he's deep inside of Sakura's bowels now. He curses himself for asking Sakura to return him to his normal size. If he would have known it was going to hurt her so much he would never have suggested it and tried to figure out another way to get to Tsunade.
Now he's being sucked deeper and deeper into the depths of the woman he loves and at the same time, is the sole reason she's upset. Naruto vows that when Sakura lets him talk to her again, he will make this up to her.

Sakura is making great progress in sucking Naruto to his death, she's already sucked him all the way through her large intestine. Now to suck him up her small intestine, then into her stomach where he will get his wish. His wish of not spending the rest of his life in her ass.
Sakura suddenly pauses as the rational part of her mind kicks in. She is about to digest Naruto. She is about to be the cause of the death of one of her most precious people, and the man that she has fallen in love with.
"Wait, Sakura-chan let me...."
