"What in the world is this...?!?" Samui said calmly as Hinata heard the sound of glass tumbling on the floor.
Hinata saw that the vial's contents had doused Samui as she looked at it calmly.
"Are you alright?" Hinata said in a worried tone as Samui looked at the Hyuga girl.
"Yes, I'm fine just drenched. I wonder who would pull off such a prank." Samui answered unaware it was Hinata's doing.
"I feel dizzy all of a sudden..." Samui said as she fainted but was caught by Hinata. Hinata picked up the vial and hid it in her pocket.
Hinata then dragged Samui deeper into the library as she saw the latter sweating and breathing profusely. She was pale as Hinata began to see her entire body melt just like with Sakura, Neji and Hanabi. Hinata then braced the wall while biting her jacket sleeve as the slime went up her pants and into her womanhood. A muffled moaned escaped her lips as she felt the slime force itself up into her womb. Her jacket and fishnet shirt stretching to accommodate the newest slime addition. Hinata's belly quickly growing to triplets size as Hinata cradled her belly with her other hand.
Hinata was trying to catch her breath as she calmed herself down a bit. She first did the seal to refill the vial as she felt her pocket grow heavier. Then did the seal to change Samui to an unborn child just like with Sakura, Neji and Hanabi. Her belly slowly shrinking till she looked pregnant with twins. She cradled her belly as she felt four protrusions around her belly. She smiled as she rubbed the protrusions.
Hinata could handle her new quad carrying, twin sized belly easily thanks to Sakura's strength. She looked around to see if anyone was around, exited the library and returned to her post.
