Hinata decided there was no point in hiding herself from Lady Fifth, so she got up on shaky legs, not used to carrying Naruto's weight and opened the door to find her in only a bikini.
"Oh Hinata, what are you doing here?" Lady Tsunade asked walking into Naruto's apartment to avoid perverted peepers from seeing her.
"I... uh... I confessed my feelings to Naruto, now we're boyfriend and girlfriend," Hinata stated.
"I'm assuming he's in here?" Lady Tsunade asked placing a hand on Hinata's over sized belly.
"Y-Yeah," Hinata stated.
Hinata looked Tsunade over and realized her breasts had grown a couple sizes to.
"Did you use the unbirthing Jutsu already?" Hinata asked.
"I did, Shizune was the one who ended up inside me. So once I let her out, I thought I'd do it to Naruto. I do see him as my son, and i love him like one, so I figured it would only make sense for him to spend a little time inside me," Tsunade explained.
"Well, sorry to disappoint but he's already within me," Hinata stated.
"Who said anything about being disappointed?" Tsunade questioned sitting on Naruto's bed.

Before Hinata knew what happened, she opened her eyes to see she was inside a soft, warm squishy room with her legs on each side of her belly.
"W-where am I?" Hinata questioned.
"Waking up so soon," Tsunade's voice echoed in her head.
"Lady Tsunade, am I in your womb?" Hinata asked feeling a pair of hands rubbing her back through the thick fleshy walls.
"Yes, don't worry, you're safe." Tsunade's voice sounded in her head again.
"How long am I going to be in here?" Hinata asked...
