Then Sakura decided it was time to get the akatsuki guy out of her.
Sakura: Come on Ino. I need you to come with me to my room. I may need some help with this one.

Soon she was almost done. She was know up to his knees. Then with a final painful scream, Sakura gave one final push and the akatsuki guy's feet came out with a sticky pop. Sakura's belly returned to normal and she took a moment to get her breath back.
Ino: Sakura are you OK?
Sakura: I'm......OK......just......exhausted.....
A few minutes later after Sakura rested and got dressed, she and Ino made sure the akatsuki guy was tied up and secure.
Sakura: There. Now he won't cause any trouble.
Ino: We should take him to Lady Tsunade straight away.
