"I can't make Ino change again. She might be an asshole, but she's also my friend..." Sakura muttered as she sat down on the toliet seat.
She spread her legs apart as wide as she could and sat there, getting prepared to try and give birth to her friend so Ino wouldn't turn more like her. Sakura recalled all the times she helped pregnant women give brith to their children, and remembered how she always told them to breath in even patterns. She knew child birth hurt, but she was willing to do this for her friend.
Sakura then remembered that Ino was coming out voluntarily, she was going to have to push her out with her own muscles. Luckily for her she trained with Tsunade. She took one deep breath, and pushed with her muscles in her groin. She couldn't feel anything at all, so she did it again.
After a couple of times, she could suddenly feel a small shift in weight within her, the weight mass was moving towards the only exit of her womb. Sakura smiled as it slowly transferred over, and suddenly felt a little flesh exit her vagina.
Suddenly an intense pain hit her, she knew it was coming, but this hurt like no other. She grit her teeth, and continued to push anyways, knowing that the pain wasn't going away. She continued to push.
"No wonder they usually always cry during this..." She muttered.
She held in her tears as she again pushed, and half of Ino was out of her body. She examined Ino for a second, and noted that she looked like how she did when she unbirthed her earlier that day in the same bathroom.
After a couple more painful pushes later, Ino came out onto the floor. She was unconscious, but she was out of Sakura...
Sakura sighed and looked at Ino, wondering what to do next... Her body returned to its normal sizes (Besides her breast, which were going to always be their large size now.), and she could move freely again.
