Sakura sleepily opened both of her eyes and closed them again debating whether she really wanted to wake up right now. Finally, after deciding to wake up, she sat up, and then felt a much heavier added weight on her belly. She looked down and held in a scream as she saw that she had a huge bump.
"I must be like, nine months pregnant!" She panicked, but then the memories slowly came back to her, and she looked back down and rubbed her belly, "Ino...?"
She then noticed she wasn't wearing any panties at all, and blushed a deep crimson red, she was lucky that she locked the door as the two of them came in, Naruto might have entered with Sasuke or something, and she'd have no clue how to explain that.
Another thing she managed to notice was that being that being pregnant made her breasts larger, but that wouldn't last too long. She also noticed her hips seemed to be larger to support Ino.
She struggled to stand for a moment, with the added weight in her it was understandable. She then looked around, and saw the ball she had used. It looked as though it still had all the liquid in it. She then remembered the rest of the note...
"So I can choose what feature of Ino's I want... Only one though..." Sakura sat back down, "I hope Ino will get out of me when I do this, I don't want to walk around like this."
She then thought... "What do I want that Ino's body has..."
