Here's a scenario to start off: Ino finds Naruto in the Training field shrunk ('cause of a training mishap or some other means) asks him how he got so tiny. He tells her he doesn't know how which worries Ino to no end, which in turn causes her to think Naruto could get very hurt at such a small size. Ultimately she ends up taking Naruto with her to care for him "partway in secret" at her home.
