'I think I'll just make her more womanly all around' Naruto stated mentally.
As Sakura closed her eyes and relaxed in the hot spring, her body began to transform to Naruto's whims. She felt warmth inside of her, but merely played it off as the hot springs relaxing waters. First, her breasts began to expand to a comfortable size, rivaling Tsunade's sizable bust. Then followed by her legs, which lengthened to being the longest of any kunoichi in the village. Her torso expanded proportionally, and soon Sakura was the tallest, and most beautiful woman in Konoha. She was nearly 9 feet tall and completely proportional. At this, Naruto began to expand her muscles, giving her a toned, but not overly muscular, appearance.
Jiraiya's eyes nearly bulged out of his head as he began scribbling notes for his research. "Wow, gaki, you really know what to do with the ladies." exclaimed the Pervy Sage.
Meanwhile, Sakura felt exhausted by the transformation, and when she opened her eyes, she had yet to realize how much larger she was. She did, however, feel pretty tired, and chose to lie back and relax in the water, soon falling asleep.
As Sakura slept, she dreamed of pleasant thoughts, including (surprise) Naruto. In her dream, she accepted his love for her, and in turn, had pleasantly thought of caring for the future hokage as a wife. She also, surprisingly, imagined him being much smaller than she.
Soon, however, day turned to night, and while Naruto admired Sakura from behind the fence, Jiraiya left to try his own success with the jutsu on Tsunade.
