As Sakura continued to squeeze Naruto, a thought crossed her mind. "Wait... if he did know about this, he would have confessed to it by now.." of course, this still didn't stop her tightning her grip.
Naruto's nose and ears began to bleed from the immense pressure his body was under. Sakura had always been strong, but thanks to the trainning she'd been having with Tsunade, added to her new size, her strength and grip was on a completly different level to anything. "dammit..." Naruto muttered with his last breath.
As Sakura saw Naruto slowly become lifeless, she paused squeezing him. "Anyone would've confessed by now..." she thought to herself, "Even if they hadn't done it!". Of course, we all know that Naruto, being Naruto, is anything but like anyone else. He may be a hyperactive knuckle-head, but he was also honest, never afraid to speak his mind or tell the truth. Of course, this often led to situations becoming a lot more troublesome than they should've been, but they always seemed to be worked out, and nearly always ended with him having a big grin on his face.
Sakura released her grip on Naruto, realising the mistake she'd made. Holding him gently in one hand, she couldn't believe what she'd done to him. Tears began to form in her eyes, as she realised that, in her rage and confusion, she'd almost killed the person she had always cared for, though in the past she never would've admitted it. However, with Sasuke gone, she had begun to see Naruto for who he really was.
Using her free hand, she pushed everything off the table and lay Naurto down on it. "Don't you die on me Naruto!" Sakura yelled, as she began trying to heal his wounds. As Sakura was healing Naruto's injuries, she suddenly felt a sharp pain again in her head. "Why now!?" Sakura thought, however, she couldn't allow herself to pass out again, not until she'd saved Naruto's life.
Seconds felt like hours, and minutes like days to Sakura as she continued to heal Naruto. The pain was getting more and more intense. If Sakura wasn't already crying because of what she'd done to Naruto, then she would have been right now. She felt her vision becoming blury, and could barely stay sitting up. Her body began to sway slightly. "just... a little more... time..." Sakura thought to herself. Eventually, she saw the bleeding stop, and Naruto breathing steadily. He was still unconscious, but at least he was out of any danger for now.
With a sigh of relief, she gently picked Naruto up and held him close to her chest. "Forgive me, Naruto..." she whispered in his ear, before blacking out and collapsing, still holding Naruto close to her chest.
