Unfortunately for the poor girl, the poisonous roots were not painless. A sudden surge snapped in Sakura's head.
"Ughh..." Sakura began to rub her head in pain. But by this time, the surge excelled and grew with every single second! It was extremely painful. A million times worse than a headache and twice as painful as a migraine.
"Ugh....Uuugggghh....AAAAUUUGGGHHH!!!" it hurt so much, she screamed in pain! She gripped both sides of her head as the surge spread all over it. She could even feel it in every single little strand of her long pink hair!
"Uh... S...Sakura?" Naruto FINALLY snapped out of it and started looking up at her in concern, "y... you ok?"
"Ye...yeah! YES!!" she both muttered and screamed as her head started getting worse, "Uh... NO!! NO! I-I mean... ugghh..." Naruto dropped his teacup and sprung into action!
"D...Dont worry Sakura!" he told her as he started to look around for that medical scroll, "Hang in there! I just need to-aw damn it, where is it?!!" Unfortunately, he couldnt find that scroll anywhere! It seemed as if it just magically disappeared into thin air!
"H...H....HURRRY!!!" Sakura fell to her knees and gripped her head in pain. The ground kinda shook when she did that, but that was the least of both their problems, "I...I CANT T...TAKE MUCH MORE OF THIS!!"
"Just a second, Sakura! That's all I need!" he looked under the table, then in a desk, then behind the counter, then under the couch, then in the little rathole in the wall, then behind the kanji poster, then under his teacup, then in the spill left on the carpet, THEN under his suit and the scroll was STILL nowhere to be found! "Aw man..." he started thinking to himself, "how'd the nunjutsu go again?! C'mon! Think! THINK!!"
Too late.
"Uggghh....UGHHH.... AAAGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH-"
*THUD!* In an instant, she hit the ground with a loud thud. Whether it was due to the pain or the lack of air from that last long scream was still unknown...
"SAKURA!" fearing for her life, Naruto rushed up to her unconscious body trying to shake her up, "Sakura, wake up! Wake up! C'MON!"
