"Yeah! I would love to stay longer!" Naruto nearly shouted when she gave him the offer. She couldn't help but laugh at his antics. Sakura was also probably the most happy she had been for a long time recently. She had finally gotten the whole ordeal with Sasuke off of her chest, and she was ready to finally accept Naruto in, who was all willing to be with her. She couldn't help but allow another large smile onto her face.
"You know Sakura, isn't your birthday coming up soon?" Naruto asked as he sat back down on the couch, "You're like a little less than a year older than me right?"
Sakura nodded, "Yeah, in eight more days it's my sixteenth birthday, why?"
"Just wondering." Naruto answered as he looked outside the window in the room.
Sakura sat down right next to Naruto on the couch, "I'm so glad that I managed to get my feelings set out like that..."
"Me too." Naruto admitted, "I was about to give up on you..."
"What!" Sakura looked at him, "Who were you going to go after then?"
"Probably Hinata," The look on Sakura's face told him to explain more, and he said, "She has an awesome looking body."
Sakura rolled her eyes, "And I don't?"
Naruto coughed and looked away from Sakura, "No, of course not! You look beautiful Sakura! Much better than Hinata!"
"Then why aren't you looking at me!" Sakura yelled at him.
Naruto turned towards her, thinking fast he quickly leaned in and kissed her on the lips, praying that it would cause her to forget her chain of questions. She then leaned right into the kiss as well, and after a about ten seconds the two split apart.
"I still won't forget about that." Sakura said, "Even if you are a good kisser."
Naruto groaned.
At that moment...
