You're a young genin from the leaf village with an odd obsession with the stomachs of woman and a Facenation with Sakura Haruno, a girl who is much older than you and far out of your league.
One evening you hear a loud commotion going on at a nearby resturaunt. Curiously you look over and see Sakura gorging herself with noodles to the point at which her stomach could hold a small child! Instantly hard you make your way over to the empty seat next to her. She doesn't notice you until she's finnished.
"Oh my God..." Sakura feels her gut. "I look like I just swallowed a!"
You twitch at the remark and desire to be inside her. She turns to you and you break into a cold sweat.
"Oh hey sorry about that. Say your that sweet little genin who's always putting off his training to go help people I see you all the time. What's your name again? (insert your name here)?"
She knows your name! Catching your breath you reply. "That's it! And I dont put off my training! I got the bruises right here!" you show her the marks covering your hands.
"oh you poor thing! Let me ease the pain." she sticks out her hands and uses ninjutsu to heal yours.
"Today I developed a new drug for medical practices it was supposed to put the taker to a sleepwalking state so they could increase productivity. When I tested it on mice they acted accordingly, but when I tried it myself... This happened".
She shakes her stomach and it makes a loud gurling noise.

"Oh my!" she turns beet red. "I didn't mean for that to be so loud..." she blushes some more.
You just have to touch it it's way you dream about every night. The soft smooth feel of a woman's stomach. You reach out and put your hand on it. It's warm, smooth, and a little sweaty. You start to press it, "BLORG" and to your abrolute joy you can feel the noodles and soup churning along the walls insdide her stomach. Sakura beguins to cackle loudly as you push on her gut.
"This... Is... Too... Weird!" she wheezes.
