Sakura Keeps Naruto Bound to Her

"Well, say goodbye to your body Naruto." Sakura said, putting her hand on the handle of the toilet.
Naruto stared down at what used to be his body, getting one last surreal look at the shit that Sakura had turned him into. All of his hard work, all the hell he put his body through with training... In the end it was all just so his body could become a pile of a pretty kunoichi's crap...
Sakura flushed and they both watch as Naruto's "body" swirled down the drain, joining all of the other shit in Konoha's sewer system. Once his "body" was completely flushed, Sakura looked at her victim. This was the moment where she should probably set him free and let him go see his mom... but she couldn't. She would miss him so much if he was gone!
"Naruto... I... don't want to let you go." Sakura quietly admitted. "And unless you REALLY want to go, I'm going to keep you."
"Really? You want me to stay?" Naruto asked.
"I'm going to make you stay unless you are really against it." Sakura clarified.
"I'm not against it at all Sakura-chan!" Naruto grinned. "I would be glad to stay with you."
"Good." Sakura sighed in relief. "I would've hated to have to force you. I mean... you made me so much hotter by becoming fat on my ass and tits." She turned around so Naruto could stare at her ass and slapped it for effect.
"You're so beautiful Sakura..." Naruto murmured.
"Thanks to you being a sweet and delicious meal I am." Sakura giggled. She put her panties and pants back on and exited the room with her tiny spirit friend in tow. She walked out into the living room where Tsunade was currently reading over something.
"Still with us eh Naruto? I'm surprised, I would've thought Sakura's body would have been finished with you by now."
"I just flushed him." Sakura grinned. "That strong body of his is now a pile of my crap in the sewers."
"Don't be so blunt Sakura-chan... it's weird." Naruto complained.
"So you're not going to let him go then?"
"Nope! He wants to stay too though, so I don't have to force him."
"You understand the ramifications of this right Sakura?" Tsunade asked. "You're putting him at risk by keeping him around. His soul can get eaten at any moment, and then he will cease to exist. If you just unbind him he can move on as nature intended."
"I will protect Naruto." Sakura said defiantly. "And I'm not letting him go. He was my meal, and now he's my little pet of sorts."
"Pet?!" Naruto gasped. "Come on!"
"Don't be like that." Sakura said with a smile. "I'm going to be taking care of you from now on, that pretty much makes you my spirit pet."
"Use another word!" Naruto whined.
"Nope. You're my pet now Naruto." Sakura grinned.
"And how do you plan on protecting your pet?" Tsunade asked.
"Anyone who threatens him will have to deal with me."
"That's all well and good, but it only takes one mistake to doom Naruto. If someone manages to snag him while you're distracted, no amount of threatening will be able to bring him back from digestion."
"I'll... keep him somewhere safe when I'm out in public and when I won't be able to give him all my attention."
"And where is somewhere safe?" Tsunade pressed. She wanted to make sure Sakura thought of every little thing so Naruto would be adequately protected.
