Almost as if on cue with your thoughts of catastrophe, you see your sister's hand descend towards your tiny form. Her hand was oddly delicate when she did so, possibly because she was used to handling fragile bugs and not out of concern for you.
You were brought up to her face level, greeted again by that half-mischievous smile. "well sis, looks like the tables have turned. You've always hated me for collecting bugs, and now your a bug that I'm collecting."
Struggling against her gigantic fingers desperately, you could hardly argue with her. You were practically a bug in her hands. But you still weren't going to take this from your sister.
"Damnit, I'm your sister, not some disgusting bug in your collection! Here I am trying to apologize for how I've treated you, and your being even worse than I've been!"
Ashley kept smiling but shook her head. "No, sis, I forgive you... well mostly. I'm just treating you like the bug you are. Don't worry though, I treat my bugs like kings and queens. I'll take great care of you. Even give you a good burial when your time comes..."
You stop struggling. "Wait, what? what do you mean burial?"
It was so creepy that a chill was sent down your spine. Ashley licked her lips, like she always did when mom made a great dinner.
"No, you wouldn't..." you say, too shocked to move.
"Oh yes, sister. When one of my buggies is dying or is horribly injured, I give it the burial nature intended; in the stomach of a larger creature."
She rubbed her belly, a longing look in her face as she thought of it. "Its so natural, as my final gift to them, as I take care of them their whole lives. I feel their final struggles in my tummy and feel happy and sad at the same time, because they're telling me with their movements 'thank you for caring for me'. And the more I feel it, the more I know how grateful they were for my care. *sigh* Its sad, but I also feel happy for them, because I let them become of the one they love the most, me."
Ashley stopped being so forlorn and brought you back up to her face licking her lips again. "I'm going to take care of you better than any of my other little buggies, sister. You'll be like a queen amongst them." She licked her lips one last time, bringing you close to her mouth and grinning. "I can't wait to feel how grateful you'll be to me when its your time."
