Nicole rubbed her fattened belly and breasts, trying to ignore how good they felt now that they were larger and softer, concentrating on looking for Sally in her database. She knew she had absorbed her completely, she had to be in there somewhere...
To her surprise and delight, however, Sally had become active on her own. "Wow!" Sally said, laughing. "That was... Wow, that felt incredible!"
Everyone looked around. Her voice seemed to be coming from everywhere at once. Nicole didn't open her eyes, smiling. "Filename: Acorn, Sally detected. Full memory files and all relevant data stored in my memory banks," she said.
"This is neat," she said. "The sensory input's a little overwhelming, though, I'm getting all of the city at once... Let me try to make a body..."
"A hologram would be best to start with, until you get used to manipulating the nanotechs," Nicole said.
There was a flickering, and a hologram of Sally Acorn appeared, looking much healthier and in high spirits. "It worked," she said, looking at herself. "I've been fully integrated into Nicole, however I still retain full autonomy and all of my memories. In fact, I'm actually remembering things I've forgo... Oooh..." Sally blushed, looking at Bunnie apologetically. "THAT'S why you were so mad at me that week."
Bunnie smirked. "Ah was fond of that brush, Sally..."
Sally giggled. "Anyway. As I just proved, the procedure works. We can be fully integrated into Nicole's program without any loss of self, and be fully restored to health," she said. "Plus, the process of being eaten and digested into the nanotechs that comprise Nicole's body was actually quite painless, and rather pleasant to tell the truth."
The leaders and Council of Acorn conversed quietly amongst each other as Sonic and the rest of the Freedom Fighters came up to the hologram of Sally. She smiled at them. "I'm fine, really..." she said. "It's still me, just... hologramy."
Sonic bit his lip. "Are you sure you're okay?"
Sally nodded, cupping his cheek with her hand. "The plague's been purged from me completely. We can do this, Sonic. We can win," she said.
"We just have to let Nicole eat us and turn us into bellyfat," Antoine muttered, "Mon dieu..."
"Actually..." Nicole said, "From what I have noted about your physical health Antoine, you would most likely go primarily to my butt."
Everyone stared at her, Nicole blushing and rubbing her pudge. Sally gaped, grinning. "Is that... Is that me?" she said, leaning down to stare at Nicole's expanded frame. "Wow... I look cute as Nicole-pudge," she said, giggling.
"Ah can't believe you're taking the fact that you're lynx fat and living data so well," Bunnie said, shaking her head.
Sally chuckled weakly. "It's either I make light of this and focus on the fact that I'm ALIVE and HEALTHY, or I think about it too much and go mad," she said. "I'd much rather enjoy my new state. Speaking of..." She smirked at Nicole. "How about it, Nicole? Where would most of Bunnie add to on that cute avatar of yours?"
Nicole blushed. "Sally, I really don't think it's appropriate to..."
"C'mon," Sally said. "Indulge me."
Nicole looked hesitant for a moment, and said, "Judging by her body mass and current physicality, there's a 72% probability that the majority of her biomass will be added to my breasts."
Bunnie blushed.
"Attention," Elias said. "We've discussed this, and have decided to go along with the plan. We will gather up all our various populations and bring them to Nicole for eating in short order. In the meantime, I suggest you start eating others. Save the Council for last, as we will be needed to help convince the population to go along with the plan."
Nicole nodded, and turned to the others. Sally smiled. "So who's next?" she said. "C'mon in, the lynx is fine."
The Freedom Fighters all looked at each other nervously. They were more at ease with the idea now that they knew it was safe and not painful. And honestly, with Mammoth Mogul, Doctor Finitevus, and Ixis Naugus further along in the plague than everyone else in the world, they knew that the pain from Eggman's plague would be unbearable. But still, they were essentially going to be eaten.
Eventually, someone stepped forward to volunteer.
