Date with a deity Comic Vore, GTS/GT, Shrinking, Unbirth chapter 17 by copier · original author: erik

Gwen floated above Earth looking down at the continent of North America. She was deep in thought pondering on what she should do with the godlike power she now had. She was so deep in her thoughts that she was startled when some old satellite bumped right into her. The satellite was a round ball twenty feet in diameter covered in solar panels. Several antennas marked the top end of the thing....or was it the bottom. Made little sense labeling directions in space. Gwen rose higher to leave the satellite alone. It was several moments when she had an idea. Why did it took her so long for her to think about Peter? She and Peter could have so much fun with the gauntlet.

Gwen and Peter had officially became a couple about seven months ago. Peter had picked up the small detail that Gwen was Spider-Woman within three months of them as a couple because Peter wasn't a complete idiot. Even though Gwen did an excellent job of hiding her secret identity from Peter she couldn't completely hide her mannerisms as both Gwen and that of Spider-Woman. On their last date -- which was almost two months ago -- Peter had said that he suspected Gwen as Spider-Woman back in their high school days. It was on that particular date that Peter and Gwen took their relationship to the next level which was quite bold on Peter's part.

"Just you wait, Peter" said Gwen aloud. She spent a few minutes fantasizing what she'll do to Peter later that day. Those thoughts made Gwen weak at the knees.

Peter Parker walked out of the Oscorp Labs building. Peter was the very definition of a 98-pound weakling.... although in this case, Peter was probably closer to 160 pounds soaking wet. He was always small for his age. This fact made him a target for bullying throughout his life, especially in school. Even worse was the fact that Peter had Gwen Stacy protecting him. No matter what Gwen was almost always within earshot when Peter was being bullied. Gwen became Peter's guardian angel throughout his school life and was elevated to godhood when Peter had discovered that Gwen was Spider-Woman. Although Gwen did an excellent job of hiding her secret identity Peter couldn't help but notice subtle things between the identities such as mannerisms and body type. Peter revealed that he knew Gwen was Spider-Woman shortly before the two graduated from high school.

It had been a very long day at the lab. Peter was working on two projects. First he (and a team) were working on an anti-gravity device called a glider. The glider project had been going on and on for nearly a decade now and it looked promising.... maybe in another twenty years everyone would be flying around on a personal glider. The other project was yet another attempt to duplicate the serum that worked on Steve Rogers that changed him into Captain America. Today, Peter worked mostly on the glider project since it had much more appeal to the shareholders. All things being equal Peter would've preferred working on the serum since Peter was by far more interested in that than a glorified hover board from the Back to the Future movies.

It was five o'clock and Peter was looking forward to having a dinner. Beyond that he had no concrete plans. He had half a mind calling Gwen for a date but odds were she was way too busy fighting off crime somewhere. He sighed as he made his way towards the bus stop which was almost directly across the street from the lab.

When Peter arrived at the bus stop he sat down, pulled out his cellphone, and idly started a game of scrabble. It was during his fourth game when Peter felt he was being watched. He looked around but saw nobody was watching him. As Peter was looking around he saw Nathan Maddox -- one of the lower-ranking doctors that worked at the labs -- exit the building clearing having a heated conversation on his cellphone. Peter watched Nathan for nearly a minute before returning to his game.

Peter had finished up his fourth game of Scrabble when the cellphone rang. Peter's face lit up as he saw the called id: it was Gwen!

"Hello, beautiful" said Peter as he accepted the call.
"Hi, Peter. I was wondering if you were up to a date tonight"
"Hell yeah I'm up for a date" replied Peter. "actually.... I got a surprise for you"
"Oh really?" asked Gwen. "might I ask what is it?"

As he spoke, Peter pulled out a vial of reddish liquid from the breast pocket of his shirt. The vial itself was perhaps the length and width of the average eye dropper. On the dropper was a label that read "Experimental Expansion Serum - 3rd formula"

"Just an experimental serum some doctor has been working on and off for a number of years" said Peter.

"Sounds intriguing...." said Gwen, sounding like she was talking to herself than to Peter. "anyway, come to my apartment as soon as you can. It's a day for surprises for I have a surprise for you as well. And, no, don't even think about asking me. It'll spoil the fun if I tell you now"

"How about a hint?" asked Peter.

"It'll be a date to remember" said Gwen after a few moments of silence. Peter could hear the smile in that statement.

"I'll be there in about a hour" said Peter.

"Take your time," said Gwen. "there's no rush" And then the line went dead.

Peter knocked on the door to Gwen's apartment.

"Come on in, Peter" sang out Gwen. Her voice was oddly distant. Was she on the opposite end of her apartment? Peter had been to Gwen's apartment twice before and he knew that the apartment was hardly any bigger than his own. But her voice just now sounded too far away from the door somehow to make any sense. Still, that alone didn't deter him a bit. After a bit of hesitation Peter opened the door and gasped for it wasn't an apartment that he entered but a sunny and expansive meadow. A meadow that would've been far too big to fit in the apartment building, let alone an apartment. In fact the meadow looked big enough to take up several city blocks....or even more! It was like a pocket dimension.

Peter looked around to see there was a log cabin off to one side. Then his eyes shifted to a sizable octagonal gazebo. The gazebo wouldn't have looked out of place at a park; it had a total of five steps leading up to the deck on all sides. On the deck itself were several benches each facing a different direction. In the middle of the deck stood Gwen Stacy facing Peter with a huge grin on her face. It took Peter a moment to notice that Gwen had a gauntlet on her left hand that had what looked like jewels embedded on it. Gwen was wearing her hero outfit minus the mask that covered her face.

"Gwen?" asked Peter in a faint voice.

Gwen suddenly was right beside Peter without taking a single step. Both the gazebo and the log cabin were a good 50 yards from the door to the expansive meadow.

"Peter!" exclaimed Gwen giving Peter a tight hug. "do you like what I've done with this place?"

Peter returned the hug as he looked around at the meadow. "It's, um...really something, Gwen. How -- ?"

"You're wondering how I made all of this" said Gwen, breaking away from the hug and indicating the surroundings. She lifted her hand that had the gauntlet on it as she continued, "I made all of this with this new accessory of mine. It's called the infinity gauntlet. It allows me to control the aspects of the universe. With it, I'm practically a god. Now that I'm thinking about it I'm gonna declare myself a god on my birthday"

Peter blinked and said, "Might I ask how you, uh, received this mighty gauntlet?"

"I promise to tell you when and how I got this gauntlet" said Gwen. "right now, let's just enjoy our time together"
