1st Month
Vivian wakes up early in the morning to use the restroom to get started on her day. She takes a nice, warm shower to help relax her and her new bundle of joy that's inside of her. She couldn't feel a bump but she knew James was there. She couldn't wait to give birth to him so he could be loved by a true mother; and soon, a new father too. Inside the womb where James resides, he felt Vivian get up from her bed a d move somewhere else. He then hears rapid drops pounding his environment from what he could assume was water, which meant Vivian was taking a shower. James took one look at himself and knew that he was still tiny. His new home was spacious and attached to him on his belly button was Vivian's umbilical cord, which meant he was getting the oxygen he needed to survive. Back to Vivian, she got out of the shower and proceeded to her sink cabinet to get her pregnancy test. She wanted to make sure that everything that happened last night worked. After inserted and waiting, her test was positive. Vivian was overjoyed with happiness and James could feel it while inside of her. She rubbed her flat belly and gently spoke words James would never forget,"I love you, James. My sweet baby boy."
2nd Month
James could feel rumbling and knew he was moving somewhere. It all came to a stop but he still did not know where he was. His new home made it very difficult to tell where he was. As soon as he settled, he heard loud music and many other people. That's when he knew where he was, a bar. Jake had to take a breath as this was so much to take in. Vivian had no idea how he would react. Until finally, words left his mouth as looked at Vivian face to face.
Jake: So, he's in your uterus? You're pregnant with him?
Vivian: Yes. I wanted to give him a new life that wasn't reliant on his horrible mother from before.
Jake placed his hand to feel James inside.
Jake: Well, it's a lot. And I can see why you wanted to do it. You would make a wonderful mother to him.
Vivian: Really? Oh my god, babe. I was hoping you could be his father as well. I don't mean to rush you or anything.
Jake: Vivian, I love you. Of course I'll help you be his father.

4th Month
Vivian and Jake were at his family's house where they were going to start a gender reveal. They all stood behind boxes that had balloons which would reveal either blue or pink for the gender. 5th Month

She was excited and nervous that this was the fifth month and he was soon to be born. On the inside, James was getting bigger. Vivian was right. Being put in her uterus was making James grow back to baby size ever so slowly. It was reassuring that he could live a normal life now with no more worries. No more punishments from his past mother. No more being eaten by a drunk neighbor. And... no more... fun, tiny times with... Vivian. Now James felt sad. His usual life was now going to be... normal. On the outside, James could hear Jake coming in to the bedroom.
Jake: Hey, beautiful.
Vivian: Hello my big, strong man.
Jake: How's our other big, strong man?
Vivian: Still growing. Slowly but surely.
Jake: Good. I know we've only been together for a few months, Vivian. But I really love my son. I hope I'm going to be a good father to him.
Vivian: You will, babe. He needs a role model in his life and you're the one to give that to him.
Jake: I just... hope he likes me.
Vivian: He will, my love.
Vivian and Jake shared a kiss and embraced each other, placing one hand each on Vivian's pregnant belly. James could feel that Jake needs this. He needs to be a father to him. So maybe... maybe he will give Jake a chance.
6th Month
Vivian and Jake took a walk on the beach where they could take some pregnancy photos. They also shared a moment together on this beach where they could reveal their true feelings for each other, until one choice that could change everything.
Jake: Vivian. I love you.
Vivian: Oh baby. I love you too.
Jake: No please. Just wait. I love you. And I love our son. I want to be there for you every step of the way. For you. For him. I took a chance with you and James. Now, I'm hoping you'll take that chance with me.
Jake got on one knee and brought a small box and opened it to reveal a ring. Vivian was shocked and tears ran down her face.
Jake: Vivian Simmons, will you marry me?
Vivian: Yes! Yes! Oh my god! Yes! I love you, Jake! I love you!
Jake put the ring on Vivian's finger and shared a passionate kiss with her. On the inside, James could feel the excitement and loud screams from both Vivian and Jake. He knew the wedding was going to be soon. This was what going to seal the deal. He felt bigger. His time inside was almost up.
7th Month
James heard excitement and gushing from other people he assumed were all girls. He was at the wedding of his soon to be mother and father. Vivian felt a slight kick from her belly and placed a hand on it with a warm smile from her red lips.
Vivian: Almost James. My sweet baby boy. But right now, this is my day. So try to be a little more supportive.
Finally, the organ played. Vivian walked down the aisle to meet face to face with Jake. The wedding vows went on for a while until finally, they both had their final moments.
Jake: I do.
Vivian: I do.
They were now pronounced husband and wife. They shared a passionate kiss and walked down the aisle together and into their limo towards their honeymoon. Both Vivian and Jake had the time of their lives. But James... rather wouldn't talk about it. All he could say was Jake was too flirty that night.
8th Month
Vivian and Jake were at their brand new house that they bought recently where they had their baby shower. There were many gifts that were given to them: baby bottles, binkies, blankets, baby food, baby carrier, and more. Inside, James could hear laughter and girl talk. It was hard to make out what they were saying since everything was so muffled. James was actually getting sick of hearing them and wanted them to leave. He kicked the walls inside of Vivian so hopefully she could feel what he was feeling. Outside, Vivian felt James' kicks and all the girls saw it. They placed their hands on her belly to feel his kicks. It was no use. James could not wait to get out of here. Just one more month.
9th Month
Vivian was laying on her reclining chair while Jake was rubbing her feet. She felt her pregnant belly was bigger and her feet were very aching. Jake had no problem taking care of her. He loved Vivian and loved James. He would do anything for them. Inside of Vivian, James was now upside down; ready to be born. This was the most uncomfortable he had ever felt. He tried his best to just rest as best as he could. The time to get out of Vivian was soon.
