You don't feel as confident as to go to Jen's house uninvited, so you decide to opt for the far more familiar option. You wonder if Lillian's sleeping in: she usually barges into your house—whenever it's a weekend or holiday—to make sure you'd spend time with her, instead of whatever else you could've otherwise been up to. (Not that you'd necessarily mind that at all, but still…)
Given that she lives next door, it's not like you need to pack anything; so you just grab your phone, put your shoes on, and walk out of your house and into the next one. There's obviously the chance that Jordana might answer instead if she's back visiting home from college—in which case the danger of your kink coming out multiplies significantly—but still.
It's funny—both Sheila and Lillian told you that with you, they had an 'open door policy': that is, since you were pretty much family, you were free to walk in as you pleased. You still felt it wasn't quite right, though; still, neither of them liked it when you rang the doorbell, because (according to them) they'd have to dress up thinking it's anyone else. Jordana seems to have the same unspoken policy, although you're not sure either way whether that might be for different reasons; you've never been able to tell one way or the other what she's thinking at a given time.
Giving that a bit more thought, you find it more than a little odd that Lillian would be comfortable enough to be in her underwear around you—even if it was at her own home, and even if it weren't for your long friendship and familiarity that transcends your generation as your moms and older sisters are best friends just as much as you are. Sheila and Jordana don't seem to mind either, much to your confusion and embarrassment… which only adds fuel of a very certain kind to the flames you've been trying for so long to keep from smoking, as certain possibilities occur to you.
You'd rather not think too much about that at the moment—but despite your own conscience, politeness, and the growing sense of potential risk in the back of your head, you simply open the door and walk in...
