There’s nothing you can do but sit in your glass prison. You’re too tiny to scale the walls or break the jar. Plus, you don’t want to think about what this woman would do to you if she caught you trying to escape. You sit and try to come to terms with your fate. You start crying, thinking about how you're as it as been is over. You just feel hopeless and powerless to do anything.

After three hours, the woman comes back with a smile one her face.

“Good news Little one!” she says in a sing songy voice holding the jar to her face. “I found a buyer for you! I told you it wouldn’t take long.”

Before you can think of what to do next, her hand comes into the jar and plucks you out with her thumb and index finger. She holds you up to her face. Her face is all you can see. You can’t help but think about how small you really are.
