You realize that to get better treatment you need to soften these women’s icy hearts. They do think you’re adorable. Perhaps you could bond one-to-one. The businesswomen might be too materialistic to get you the concessions you want. And the security women whose uniforms have ties scare you—specifically you’re afraid an accident with a tie could knock you on your ass or send you flying! It would seem that if any of these women would soften up and help, it’d be the women in uniform without ties!

Three stand out.

One has the age and posture of a woman with seniority, even in relation to her colleagues at the table. She seems bored and ready to unleash some aggression. It would seem that her discipline would be stern even by these people’s standards. But the same no-nonsense approach could work in your favor, if she were turned in your favor by listening to her frustrations and sympathizing. You have her pegged as the Alpha Female.

Another has a worried expression. She’s noticeably younger than any of her colleagues. Perhaps she’s hit the ceiling on her rise in seniority. It would probably take a decade or two before she had enough standing to help. But if you sympathize with her no matter what, surely she’d use her power when she got it for reform, right? You have her pegged as the Baby of the Panel even though she’s in her mid-30s.

Then there are two such women talking about how they couldn’t do the amazing things they do without “our heroic tinies”. Special Forces apparently have tinies in the keeping of officers in coops. They’re trained and maintained as tinies. Unleash them as targets full-sized, then transport them back to the coop tiny after the battle’s fought. They’re way more flexible than enlistees!

Intelligence on the other hand transports tinies as still tiny but for more covert operations. And because transport is wormholes, there’s no need for full-sized people to retrieve them. Butter up these commanders and (maybe?) get better treatment through the Glory of War.
