Shrunk in an airport
chapter 16

This daughter and mother have made you pretty anxious to want to go up to strangers. You decide that you need to scope the scene out more: observe the goings on of the airport for a while and take your time determining who looks like a safe person to talk to before getting their attention. The problem is that you are surrounded by busy traffic: standing in the line where dozens of passengers are waiting to board their plane. You have to find a place to hide where you can see most of the airport.
Suddenly, a thunderstorm bellows above you as the line of people around you start moving. You must act now. You see a large section of seats in the corner against the wall, off to the side where no one seems to be. Not having time to look anywhere else, you rush straight there, avoiding the volley of feet on the way over.
You get there in a nice corner, sort of next to some seats but far enough away that you suspect that no one would bother you. The only thing over here is an outlet. You can still see most of the airport terminal, however, and can take the time to observe the crowd.
