Running back, you find another stick. You tense up holding the stick until the two slave-soldiers approach.

"THWACK!!!"

You break the knees of one assailant, forcing the other back. The Baroness appears again, with her giant face hovering over the arena.

"So you have a fighting spirit," she muses, with a strong softness given her colossal voice.

She picks up the slave-soldier whose knees you broke. "Ah, my sweet Theodore, it seems that I must give you a ride in my coat pocket in the infirmary."

She moves Theodore away from your sight, presumably pocketing him in her coat. She continues, "This is your Platoon Lieutenant. Follow him to the barracks. He will see to your basic training."

Then she left. For two months, you are subjected to a grueling basic training. At the end, the Baroness returns.
