Arrival and proper introductions Shrunk in an airport chapter 24 by Louka31

With the cookie in your little tummy, you try to make yourself comfortable in Stephanie's purse for the rest of the flight. You manage to find a nice corner to lounge out in and before you know it, you feel the plane touch the ground. So you feel the sudden jolt of Stephanie grabbing her purse and making her way off the plane. You feel a familiar swaying motion as Stephanie makes her way through the airport. After about 10 minutes, you hear Stephanie get into what you're pretty sure is a car. As soon as you hear the door close, Stephanie opens her purse and carefully plucks you out. She gently places you on the dashboard right in front of her. You can see she's in the diver's seat.

"Well, it's certainly not everyday you find a tiny man." she says smiling at you. "Now that we're in a safe spot, we can do proper introductions. My name is Stephanie, what is your name?"

You tell her your name.

"Where am I?" you ask

"You're in San Francisco and this is my car. I was returning home after seeing a friend over the long weekend. Now I'm sure you know what my next question for is."

"Of course" you laugh. "How did you get so small? Well, I don't know. I was on my way to my flight and I passed out. To my horror, I realized I shrunk somehow. So, I tried to get help from this woman and..."

"She must've been the one I talked to on the plane" interrupts Stephanie, putting the pieces together.

"Yes, instead of helping me she kidnapped me and that's how I got on the plane. She said she'd let me go if I pulled a prank on a stewardess. I tried but failed to do so but just before she grabbed me, planning to keep me, I escaped her grasp. As I was trying to hide, your boots looked like a nice seat belt for take off and well, that's how you found me"

"Wow, that's quite the story little guy. I'm glad I pretended I didn't see you when that woman asked about you." says Stephanie, sounding concerned.

"Yes, it's been quite the ordeal" you say, sounding tired.

"Well don't worry, you're safe now." says Stephanie with a warm smile.

"Does that mean you will help me?" you ask, with growing hope.
