The initial shock recedes, replaced by a flood of alien sensations. The weight on your chest is foreign. The curve of your hips, the smoothness between your legs—it’s a devastating violation.
“Fix this!” you demand, your voice a horrified, melodic alto that is not your own. You gesture wildly at the feminine reflection. “This isn’t what I meant! Use my second wish to change me back to myself!”
Zara sighs, the picture of theatrical exasperation. “So predictable. So ungrateful for the artistry.” She snaps her fingers.
The pain returns, a nauseating crunch of bones and a stretching of flesh. You watch in the mirror as your build broadens, the jaw squares, and the soft curves melt away into hard, masculine angles. “There. Your ‘mistake’ is corrected,” Zara says flatly. “One wish to become her, another to become him. You have one wish left, and the profound wisdom of a gnat.” She studies your old face.
A profound exhaustion seeps into your bones. Only one wish left.
