"Oh hey there." the bookstore owner said to the giantess with a cheerful smile. "So, another day in the life." he said, noticing all the accidents she tends to get herself into because she is a giant. He is used to her visiting the bookstore all the time for books to read, even if they are not her size and what not. The bookstore owner actually is glad to have a customer like her appear all the time. "So, picking up some more stuff to read?" he asked just as Diana's hand reveals some books that she finished, in which he grabs.
"Yep, of course. Besides, not the biggest TV watcher or something in the world. Is there any good books, as I tend to come here so often I end up reading everything, or well my parents given my size." she smiled. "Well yeah, because I got some of these books that nobody wants, and well I took a read at them, and they seem to be really great books, and I figure maybe you might be interesting in these books." he mentioned just as he goes off to grab those books. "And for being a very good customer and since you are a really great friend of mine and well... this place in general, I figure I give these books for free, no charge." he said just before Diana hands over some money for the fees, and then comes to take the books.
"Well thank you very much." she smiled. Since she reads so often, even when she was young and just a small giant, the book place was a good place for her to interact with some people. "Yes, I am so tired of those people calling you a freak or what not, but you know in a way, you are what some of the literature of the world says, a giant, etc." he joked a bit, with a giggle from Diana. "Well of course, I am a real giant myself, so of course people will mention me of some form of literature being real, though not always for good reasons."
"Well, yeah, and besides, I was thinking about giving you a job as a book deliver." he also mentioned, wanting to help out Diana, and this catches her off by surprise.
"A book deliver."
"Yeah, a book deliver, like a cab or a delivery service for books. I figure maybe you can help me with my business and also help you make some money around here, so you can perhaps see about getting some more stuff, and perhaps helping some people around the city could also get people to see you as a good giant, take it from me, Mr. Matohic, a friend." he said to her.
"I will think on that, but thanks for the books." she smiled before she waves at him goodbye and goes on her way.
Where is she heading?
