Junko Shiva is one of the main people in the Japanese army working with Sakurai and Tanaka, and she has been a critical part of their research into the meteor that turned Haruka into a kaiju. There was something that you don't know about Junko, that in spite of their main goal of keeping Haruka under a huge leash in case she goes berserk, is that Junko is actually a huge admirer and fan of the monster girl herself. The immense power, the size, and for her age the beauty that she had that has kept Japan and the rest of the world calm and such, that is something that she wonders how she can do it, but more interestingly is the plan that Sakurai has cooking up. Recently Tanaka had fail with another one of his plans to take her down, so now they are going to Junko who has a brilliant plan of her own.
Right now in the meeting room was her, Sakurai, and Tanaka, and they are all anxious of what they have to hear from her. "Now folks, you might be wondering why I have called you here for this incredibly important meeting that I wanted to suggest, well its because I think we are going at dealing with Haruka the wrong way. Why not instead of trying to get rid of her or convince her to work with us, we decide to create a kaiju who is much like her that can compete with her, and also at the same time also one up her all at the same time."
"What, are you FUCKING KIDDING ME?!!!!! ANOTHER KAIJU!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We already have the giant young brat I am having to put up with, but adding another one to the mix would be complete disaster for the world if this goes badly. You know thanks to her mutation, she cannot age, basically making her a goddess among us, as she cannot be killed by normal means, but I am not risking another monster being brought into this world, no matter how well intended the plan is." Tanaka shouted in a fury as he is totally against the idea of another girl becoming a kaiju like her.
"Well that is the thing, that is depending on what girl we decide to select to become a kaiju, and I will admit, this was kinda hard myself to decide, but I think I have a hunch of who I want to suggest." Junko said with a smile just as she brought out the paperwork and the details of the person that they intend to transform. Sakurai was interested to hear this proposal, and perhaps making another monster girl just like Haruka to compete with her and keep her in check could work, but also its risky but depending on who they hire, they can be easily convinced. He then looked at the papers and then he realized something.
"Not bad, your own daughter! Wonder why you selected her? Don't get me wrong, I like her, but just curious." Sakurai wondered, now interested.
"Well think of it like this, she is a huge fan of all the kaiju movies and media that featured giants, and she is a huge fan of Harukazilla, and I figure that perhaps we could give Harukazilla a friend who is just like her, so she isn't the only giant in the world. Yes we got Lily, but she is U.S.A. in ownership though she has worked with us in the past, plus Shea is keeping Koyukizilla away from the public for reasons I don't know about, but I figure perhaps if we could raise a monster who is related to one of us, in this case... me, perhaps we could train her to become our own superweapon, and just let Haruka be with her life, while also having someone in the war and army with us, and also as her friend, in a way to convince Haruka to work with us."
"Not a bad idea, I like it! Perhaps we make someone who is her equal, and perhaps this could be great for all of us, and besides, trying to deal with Haruka by killing her ourselves gets us nowhere, so perhaps we work with her by making a monster ourselves, and we be the ones to train it, though in this case... we might need Haruka's help on this." Sakurai then added.
"Oh I can have that arranged, and besides, for this to work, she will need to learn the ways of the kaiju... and perhaps some training from the girl herself or us could work. Now we can expect this to be done this summer, as we have a major deadline for the world committee in regards to the kaiju's rights and what not, and perhaps this could be a benefit to us if this goes right." Junko then came to Sakurai and shook his hand.
Tanaka could not be more than disgusted by this idea. He then took a look of the girl's information, who is Junko's daughter, and as much as he hates the idea... perhaps it could work. Turn Junko's own daughter into a kaiju, then have her learn the ways of kaiju life, then set her out on the world, and besides... with the world already getting on board with making giant monster sized girls, especially with the Nexco Corporation already making headlines to debut several new girls around the world and be assigned cities for them to live it to be their respective icons, its necessary to get the move on this before things go south.
Haruka won't be the only one in Japan who is a kaiju, now a new girl will be joining in.
