Ms. S was quite pleased with Dr. Shea's work with the creature and even more so by the strength it displayed. So far her nurturing nature hadn't ruined their weapon as much the higher ups feared, in fact it appeared everything was going as smoothly as planned.
"Good. Very good." she whispered to herself. She then turned her attention back to General Havok. "I'll be heading back to my office for the time being. When you get the chance, send the good doctor my way so I may speak with her."
"Will do." Havok acknowledged as he continued to watch the footage of the test.
Ms. S nodded and took her leave. As she made her way back to her personal area, she couldn't help but wonder what plans the good doctor had in mind for the government's latest weapon.
She knew for certain Dr. Shea didn't have anything concerning up her sleeves as they'd given her no reason to think so, and she trusted her just enough to allow her to mother the beast. But that still didn't mean she wasn't curious, especially with the demonstration coming up in a few days.
Everything needed to go off whiteout a hitch otherwise this whole project and the United States future in tactical warfare could be in jeopardy. The last thing she needed was a demotion after working so hard. Hopefully she'd have nothing to worry about.
While she mulled her thoughts over she found her office and entered the medium-sized space. She got comfortable in her chair and sighed when she saw the files on her desk. She hated boring reading like this, but it was imperative for her to do her job.
"I sure hope Havok sends that girl my way soon."
Until she arrived, it was boring files for her.
