Here a few more Haruka related options.
Haruka in the Military: Here is one that could work, Haruka becomes more of a good kaiju girl by helping the Japanese military in operations around the world along with other countries as a super weapon. Don't know how that would work with her parents, but they support her, and besides, Haruka loves the chance to go Godzilla anywhere that she can.
Haruka Relaxing at the Beach for the Evening: Perhaps Haruka just likes to relax on the beach.
Alternate Route: Haruka mutates when she was just 6 years old, and is younger and smaller, but much more kaiju like with her personality, but is still a kind hearted soul. Would be interesting to see how Chibi Harukazilla fairs.
Haruka Mutates Older: Maybe Haruka mutates into a kaiju, but also ends up looking alot older in the process, this would take place 10 years where she is 18 years old. Perhaps we got into more mature routes here.
On the latter 2, you can take liberties with Haruka's looks.
