To the princess of the kaiju there was no life quite like the monster life. Her old one was fine, but it didn't even compare to the one she had now courtesy of her mother.
She was bigger, faster, stronger, and could level entire mountain ranges with the power now at her disposal. She had become just like the movie monsters she loved to watch on the big screen.
What made it all the better was the fact that her mother was able to share the experience with her as she too became a giant. In fact, she was the one who kick started this brand new world.
She was the kaiju queen and by extension that made her the princess, though unfortunately her father was left out of the kaiju fun as the growth spurts didn't affect males, but he seemed to be okay with that.
As for her life at the moment she was out in the middle of the desert filming a small part in a tv show where she made regular guest appearances.
She was supposed to be one of the rival of the main character who was played by Haruka herself. The show though was about a kaiju hero tasked to save the world from kaiju creatures from outer space.
Asuki was supposed to play the evil kaiju KARA from planet Zee in the phantom dimension. Her character was supposed to hold a grudge against Haruka's character Sakura for defeating her in the cosmic coliseum.
The best thing about the role itself was the costume the production staff had her wear. It was similar to Xena the warrior princess, with the added touch of the cyber cannons on her arms and the cosmo sword on her back. Oh, and the tiara.
At first she was on the fence about playing a bad guy, but the more she got into the role and saw the audience's reaction to her, the more she grew to love it.
The show was called, S.O.S Sakura and it was currently the hottest thing on tv worldwide. Right now she was filming the climactic action scene between her and Haruka.
The set was great since it was a real desert and the production crew made her look really menacing with all the make-up. Normally she looked cute and delicate, but now she looked mean and feral.
They had all these lights set up and dynamite for the explosion. The camera's where placed at specific points to capture all the action. The only thing left to do was get back into character.
She gave her face a few pats to calm herself down as she watched Haruka give her a reassuring smile. She'd do fine. She always did. Mr. Yamazaki made sure of it. He was the director by the way.
"Okay everyone, places!" he called through his megaphone. Everyone got into position. "We're about to shoot the final battle and I want to try and get it all in one take if at all possible! So get pumped!"
Everyone did just that and got ready for the big shoot.
"On my mark!" he shouted. "And action!"
