Chihiro Maokli loved her monster status, so much so that she wanted to use it to make a real difference in the world. At age 11 she joined the military and hasn't looked back. Currently she was on a small Island that had been repurposed into a training facility for new recruits. Mainly normal people who wanted to specifically deal with giants.
"Alright normies listen up!" she barked at the small crowd of recruits. "My name is Chihiro Maokli, but you will address me as Chihirozilla or Chihirozilla-Sir and nothing else! Am I understood!?"
"Understood Chihiriozilla-Sir!" the barked back.
"Good! Now can you tell me why you're all here today!?" Before they could answer she cut them all off. "Rhetorical question! I already know why you're all here! You're here to learn how to work with and fight giants if need be! Well luckily for you I've been instructed to take you little pieces of coal and squeeze you into diamonds!"
"Sir! Yes sir!" the recruits shouted.
Chihiro smiled. "It's good to see you all understand. My job is to evaluate you all and decide if you have what it takes to protect the piece from predators that lurk in the dark!"
"Yes Sir!"
Chihiro then stomped the ground which caused the newbies to fall over. "You all felt that right!? That's only a sliver of the power kaiju's have at their disposal. I'm warning you now that this training you'll all undergo isn't for the feint of heart. If I smell weakness or feel you're not giving 110%, I will not hesitate to send you back to the mainland crying!"
Some of the recruits began to look nervous... more nervous.
Chihiro stomped the ground again.
"Am I understood!"
"Sir! Yes sir!"
"I can't hear you!" Chihiro threatened to stomped the ground again.
"Yes, Chihirozilla-Sir!"
She gently put her foot down. "Great. You're all dismissed. Enjoy this free time you have now because come dawn, you take your first steps through hell. Now scram!"
"Yes sir!"
